Consistently one of the worst Caseys in the area. Horrible attitudes from the folks in the kitchen. Hardly ever have inventory. Every order I have ever placed with this store has come back with some product missing because it was out of stock. Not to mention the creepy homeless people that hang out and ask for money, cigarettes, lighters, booze, and rides. And it seems as if the assistant manager there has a superiority complex. Boasting and gloating about 10 years of Walmart experience doesn't give you any experience at a convenience store like Casey's. I have recently placed a pizza order in Uber eats from Casey’s. Cancelled order immediately due to some reason. I was not given any prior warning that cancelation charge would be 15.45 USD.Order got canceled and deducted 15.45 USD soon after cancellation is confirmed. Price of the Pizza is also lesser than the cancellation charges which is 13$. Terrible customer service. I'm not sure if the guy has a learning disability or if he is just clueless to how you treat people. If you don't want people to get their own snacks from the case go back to locking it. Two people got pizza before me no mask no gloves I get a piece and this guy tells me to use gloves.
