Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Bentonville

Placed an order prior to the business even opening this morning at approx 7am, for delivery between 10:45-11:00. I've ordered many times before and never had an issue. Delivery was always on time or even a little early until today. I received notification my order was out for delivery. 25 minutes later it is still not here so I called to check on it. First person I talked to says they've never seen my delivery person's name before, so new?? Then I spoke to a manager who says the driver may have taken other orders further away first but my order was listed first. Driver finally shows up, just strolling along the sidewalk like she didn't have a care in the world. I went out to meet her and told her "next time deliver in order of placement and arrival time requested. Some of us only have so much time for lunch." No "I'm sorry, won't happen again" nothing.

Open the sandwich and it is complete mush. The lettuce was slimy. The "crispy onions" were just globe of sludge. This is what happens when you let a sandwich sit for too long. I deleted my account. You won't get my business again. Train your new employees better. In the future, when this will happen again to someone else, at least offer to comp a drink or something as this was...

I ordered Jimmy Johns to serve at a meeting. I requested all the sandwiches be cut in half, so I could just put them on a tray and serve them. Only half of the sandwiches were cut in half. I also requested Mustard + Mayo on the side, because, not everybody like the same things. I didn't get sides of anything I requested. I also requested sauce on side for the Vito because I wasn't serving the sandwiches for a few hours, and I didn't want them to get soggy. They looked at me like I had lost my mind when I asked them to put the dressing in a to go cup. Overall, I really like Jimmy Johns. I think it is good food, for a fair price, and those pickles though.... However, I am not sure I will use them for catering in the future because they failed to follow very simple...

First off, I eat JJ's like others eat McDonald's. Fast delicious and reasonably priced. Ɓut the slower the sandwich gets delivered, the lettuce and bread gets soggy and the drinks get watered down. So that being said I ordered a sandwich almost an hour ago, and had it just arrive. The soda was watered down because of the ice and the sandwich is pretty soggy. The reason being the driver didn't read the address right so she was on the other side of the complex. And when she called me she acted like it was my fault. Then when I finally went to flag her down, she informs me that she would've been there sooner but I live in a hard to locate spot. WHEN HER VEHICLE WAS POINTED AT THE WAY OUT!!!!!! BOTTOM LINE...... DONT GET...
