Vitality Bowls — Restaurant in Berea

Today I took my tastebuds to Vitality Bowls Superfood Cafe. Vitality Bowls is located in Berea Ohio. The cafe has a nice setup with a nice size seating area. There is also a patio out front to enjoy some good weather & healthy eating. I decided to order the Dragon Bowl acai bowl. The Dragon Bowl comes with Pitaya, banana, pineapples, immunity boost, coconut milk and mango peach juice. I also got a smoothie called The Rehydrator. In the Rehydrator it’s made with kale, pineapple, mint, apple, & coconut water. The food was very nutritious and delicious! I will definitely be back to taste the many other options on the menu! I just visited Vitality Bowls in Berea for the first time and oh my goodness I am so excited we now have this amazing addition to our community! I got the Chimichurri Steak Wrap and Go green smoothie and both are delicious and very filling! The best part is their ingredients are actually healthy using grass-fed beef and real ingredients in their smoothies (no added sugars, syrups, additives, etc.). They also use organic ingredients when they can, which I feel is so rare! It's hard to find fast places that are not only "healthier", but also use good ingredients in the items they serve. Had a lovely conversation with the owner as well and the girl who took my order was so sweet! As someone who works from home and often gets takeout for lunch....I will...

I started a new diet and tired of "home salads" ect so decided to give Vitality Bowls a try... OMG this place is fabulous!!! The food was perfect, the staff (Natalie, Riley and Lauren) were so friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I felt like I was with a group of friends not just someone taking an order or making you feel a certain kind of way for asking questions about their menu! I strongly recommend you stop in and give it a try! You won't regret it!!! Who knew Healthy food could taste...
