On 9-13-21, Andrew (a new associate) was super friendly and helpful with switching my phone number over to a different phone! I went to this location in Berea, OH based on the interaction I had with him initially over the phone and his willingness to help. On the contrary, though I would definitely NOT recommend the location at 466 Abbe Rd N, Elyria, OH. The lady who answered the phone was very rude! Because according to her, she was "busy assisting customers," she would not even answer ONE simple question (even though I told her I was willing to hold or call back). She then abruptly cut me off, and insisted that I come into the store instead!! For one, I wasn't going to drive all the way out to the store just to find out that she couldn't help me. Secondly, I definitely didn't want to deal with her in person after she was so rude to me over the phone! Dealing with a broken phone was already frustrating enough, so I'm so glad Andrew was not like that at all! He was patient and kind. It was worth the drive out to Berea! Thank you very much!! I will definitely be coming back in...

Not happy with this phone, I am thinking it's a refurbished phone, won't hold a charge, all of my new phones hold a charge for 3 days at first, my phone cord in the box wasn't rapped, I guess we will see what they do when I take it back. I was told don't buy phones from there, but because I have bought for myself and kids phones there, this one is ridiculous. $20 for a plastic case that cracked where you plug in the charger, I hope this doesn't mean Berea PCD is going down the drain, unhappy...

One day got ripped off. I had an iphone 7 with little problems and traded it for a galaxy s6. Apparently, when I got home my brother told me it was a clone and they scammed me. Went back to Berea which is about a 40 minute drive. Asked them for my phone back, wouldn't do it. Finally gave me the correct model of the galaxy s6. Then went back home knowing I got ripped off.
