Red Tomato Pizza House — Restaurant in Berkeley

On September 29th, 2020, my wife and I ordered a combination pizza and it was very delicious, loaded with an abundance of toppings. I have to digress a bit, the first time we went the pizza was excellent and extremely flavorful. The second time not so great, and each time I wrote a review. After the second lack luster review, the owner replied being very apologetic for the experience and asked if we would return and give them another chance to make things right. My wife and I to call and order a pizza, the pizzeria seems to be family-owned by a husband and wife. The very first time my wife and I went there, we were helped by the wife and our pizza maker was named Pedro, the first time the pizza was excellent, the second time we had a different counter worker and a different person made the pizza, the third time we were back to the team that we were very happy with and Pedro made our pizza again excellent. Now I'm not seeing for everybody the bum rush this place and put Pedro to a lot of work however, any restaurant can have an off day. Came here for comedy night with our kids. We had a hard time finding venues in the bay area that our teenagers could get into. Big bonus, the show was free. We were not sure what to expect so we reserved a table online fairly quickly. We ordered two types of pizza, bbq and spicy wings, bacon mac and pesto twists.
