Jack may have been the most helpful person or being i've come across on my 73 years walking this planet. If one has a question, jack can answer it, if one needs something done, jack can do it. When I first learned about the new grimace meal through one of my heroes, Tucker Carlson on fox news I was beyond excited. Ever since I took my first breath Ive been waiting for this. My first coherent sentence was asking for the grimace meal. Grimace is everything to me. Grimace is my life. After hearing this I immediately knew I had to double check this. I immediately looked for what Joe Rogan said about this on his podcast. After listening through 5,811 hours of the podcast, to my utter dismay, he never said anything about this! I was heart broken. I had no way to double check and make sure my leg wasn't being pulled! After a 3 week long stint of severe depression I knew I had to do something. I didn't know what, but I had to do something. After 2 weeks of 24/7 brainstorming it hit me like a truck. I came up with a brilliant idea. I would call the source. I would call McDonalds. I immediately compiled a list of every active Mcdonalds in North America. It was a painstaking process. Three times I had to be transported to the hospital for dehydration, I wasnt going to waste a second drinking if it took me away from my main priority, grimace. Eventually I got to the 7352 OH-37 location in Sunbury, Ohio. I called their store and immediately a young man by the name of Jack answered. Unbenounced to me, he would help me reach my life long goal. I painfully got through my mouth "Do you have grimace meal?" Jack immediately answered, "yes, of course we do!" This moment was the second greatest of my life, only trumped by tasting the precious cream of grimace. After driving at a consistent speed of 137 mph down the highway for 2 straight days, I finally reached my destination. Like a dehydrated person seeing a fresh spring of running water, I saw Jack. It was the most beautiful sight i've ever seen. He went into the back and made the greatest thing i've ever tasted. Ever since that moment i've been non stop thinking about jack. He makes the grimace shakes like no one ive ever seen. He moves like no one ive seen move. Jack is a man of focus, commitment, and sheer f*cking will. A few days ago I found a wristband at a local farmers market that says WWJD. I believe that stands for what would jack do. Jack has officially changed my life. Before him it was spiraling out of control and I had no direction. Since ive met Jack I've founded 3 different billion+ dollar companies and have donated over $150 million in his name. Jack saved my life....

I went through the drive-thru window and asked for a #1 , but I can't have seeds on my bun I have a medical condition, can I have a regular bun. She said ok drive up to the 2nd window to pay. When I arrived at the 2nd window she took my money and proceeds to tell me the manager said you can't have the middle bun, which makes it a Big Mac, we aren't going to waste an extra bun on you. I said are you kidding me that is discrimination against someone with medical condition. She asked if I would like to speak to manager. I said no give me my money back then left. But I thought about it and pulled back around and asked her managers name at speaker. She wouldn't give me his name, but said I could talk to him. When I got to the window again I told the manager I would like I would like your name to call corporate to report this. He said he wasn't giving me his name. Especially since he works at McDonald's. Whatever that means, but sounds like he doesn't like working there.I told it didn't matter cause I read his first name Brett and I noted the time and date. Then he proceeds to tell me he can merge the buns if I need them to. I said really now you can do it the way I wanted in the first place. To which he said are you going to order or not? I replied no not after all that, but I would still like your last name. To which he replied well then your not a customer so you need to leave this property.All of this because I have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to eat a lot of stuff, one being seeds. P.S. Forgot to mention how long it took to get thru the drive thru line that had 2 cars in front of me! An all around horrible service, which may be because of the management they hire! This happened on 5-3-20 at approximately 10:20 pm. Once again the managers name was Brett. If anyone gives this place a good review, they must work there or know someone who does, or are just totally oblivious to what is happening...

Make sure you pay attention to receipts. I have the app with my card attached. I’ve never had any issues with using the app/deals. However this day I was charged the usual then got to the window and was told “you still owe 4.00” when i asked how they told me the card only approved 17 and some change (I had 8k in my account at the time) when I asked them how that was possible they had “no idea” and if I was “overcharged” I could call the number to get my refund. So help me understand why they pay these “managers” money if they don’t have the empowerment to make the moment right vs me given them MY money and then having to sit on the phone for however long to get my money back. Me trying to “believe” a manager doesn’t have a ability to fix issues in house vs calling a 800 number is completely asinine to me. Just make sure if you use the app or “deals”‘within the app you’re actually getting your discount.

4.00 isn’t the issue it’s the zero desire to make the moment right for the customer spending money at your business but again you can’t expect most people to go above and beyond these days bc...
