Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Bernalillo

Went around 9 pm on 3/5/21 and tried ordering a banana royale which I often order and the boy on drive thru said they were discontinued. I tried ordering a banana split and same thing he said they were discontinued too? I ended up ordering a single scoop of rocky road and when I got to the window and asked the young lady if banana royales and banana splits were actually discontinued she informed me that they were not and very nicely said she could still make it and gave us the original scoop we ordered for free on top of our new banana split and was the only good part of the visit!! We then parked in front of the store to eat our ice cream and there were two young boys both were incorrectly wearing masks one had his completely off under his chin walking around the store with no mask on talking in front of the donuts and ice cream which really grossed me out. On top of this the boy with no mask walked out to someone parked in front of the store in a red car talking with them for a while with his head set still on blowing vape smoke into the car window and has his pants sagging so low his butt is out then put his vape back in his pocket and goes back in the store and sits and talks to the...

Took my 5-year old Grandson for a treat for his Kindergarten graduation & there were 2 female employees eating donuts & they quickly went to the back kitchen as we walked in. We were the only customers there. My Grandson chose what he wanted so I stood at the counter & there were 2 employees up front that totally ignored our presence. I asked 1 of them for service-blank stare & the employee at the drive-thru window came to take our order. I mentioned to both employees that this was a treat for my Grandson's graduation, again blank stares. No congratulations or any form of encouragement. My Grandson dropped his spoon on the floor so I went to the counter to look for another spoon by the napkins, straws, sugar packets, etc. & no spoons so I asked 1 of the same 2 employees for another spoon & again blank stares. Another employee that I hadn't seen came from the side with a clean spoon. I will never patronize this location. Terrible customer service. No masks or gloves used when...

Been to this place many times to get banana splits. It’s always disappointing. We keep trying hoping they will improve but this latest one was the worst . Ordered a banana split, asked what toppings they have available and was told “all of them” . Then I asked for hot fudge, marshmallow and strawberry. She said they didn’t have hot fudge or marshmallow. Only chocolate drizzle, strawberry and pineapple. So I said ok give me that with nuts and whip cream too. When we got our banana split it had chocolate with cream and mango on it. When I told her I couldn’t have mango because I am allergic to it. I told her we ordered pineapple and strawberry, she gave me a hateful look and told me that mango was the only fruit she had.
