Cornerstone Cafe — Restaurant in Berthoud

My dad and I visited the cornerstone Cafe for the first time recently. He was visiting from GA and we decided to try something new. Super cute place and OMG the girl behind the counter can COOK y'all!! It was so good!! 😁

I also ran to the restroom at some point and noticed a "sanctuary" in the back. When I asked someone about it, they offered to turn on all the lights and give us a tour of the church that's attached! It was beautiful and the people there were SO incredibly nice!!

I love Chicken Fried Steak....have it all the,time for breakfast when eating out. Infact I I judge a restaurant based on there quality when making it. Sadly to say this mornings experience was a shock. The breakfast of Chicken Fried Steak with pancakes and bacon was nothing less than garbage. So portly prepared. Gravy was celitified, and an after tast of flower, hash browns tasted old,Steak wasn't fried properly, pancakes, were not fully cooked. If you're want a FANTASTIC breakfast in Berthoud.....look elsewhere. You won't be disappointed...

I absolutely love this restaurant. The owners and staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the coffee bar offers a wonderful selection of creamers with great flavors. The fountain drink option is an added bonus, and the food is consistently delicious. The menu provides an excellent variety of choices, ensuring there’s something for everyone. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a cozy, home-style dining experience paired with outstanding food....
