Thai Taste Truck — Restaurant in Berthoud

We caught up with Chef Decha and Thai Taste Truck at 530 Lincoln Ave in Loveland. We have known this family for years and congratulate them on starting their own food truck! We had the coconut shrimp, “Decha” chicken wings, and orange chicken. All were delicious, but the wings were decadent, spicy, and juicy. The portions were generous, and the prices quite reasonable. This is a fantastic addition to the food scene in the Loveland and Berthoud area! Was driving by and my family and I decided to stop by, and let me tell you this was an amazing experience. We got the coconut shrimp, mango sticky rice, egg rolls, and the chicken soup. It was all MAGNIFICENT! All the dishes tasted so fresh and just heart warming. The mango sticky rice and chicken soup are enough for me to rave about this place forever. Absolutely fantastic. My family stopped there after going to the bike park and the food was fantastic and so was the service. Everything was fresh and you could tell that a lot of love was put into the entire process. We have a child with food allergies that we told them about and they asked questions and were careful to make sure that the food did not cause any issues for him. We will definetly be stopping by...
