I made a Mobil order and when I drove over to the location it wasnât busy, but nothing was ready. My coffee that I paid $9 for, to add 2 extra shots of espresso was literally half full. I could tell the second he handed it to me. The cup was extremely light and it was all foam. The ice was clearly in the middle of the cup. So I waited for the foam to settle while theyâre making my food, and then I proceeded to show the guy at the window that my coffee wasnât right. He told me that was normal, I told him it wasnât as I order cappuccinos from Dunkin all the time. He basically laughed at me and told me the only thing that he could do is add milk or ice. Obviously, if I paid extra money to have very strong coffee, adding nearly a cup and a half of milk or ice does not solve that. I also ordered a wake up wrap that had a sprinkle of bacon in it, and not even one full piece. As a whole, this was a terrible experience. It was my first time visiting this Dunkin, I know itâs a new location so I thought it would be running smoothly. But I definitely will never be returning and I wish I wouldâve gotten the guyâs name who told me this was a normal $9 cup of coffee. Truly unacceptable

   Read moreI usually place my orders through the app and pick up at the drive-thru. The staff here is truly amazing⌠friendly, professional, and always providing top-notch customer service. My coffee is consistently excellent, whether hot or iced, and that keeps me coming back.
The only reason I didnât give 5 stars is because the food can sometimes feel a little inconsistent. For example, on multiple occasions, the hash brown wrap couldâve used more aioli, and the bagel needed more cream cheese. For the price, Iâd love for the food to feel as satisfying as the service. I know portion control may be done to reduce waste, but compared to other locations, it doesnât always meet the same expectations.
Overall, though, I really enjoy this location, itâs new and they may still be going through trial and error, Iâll keep coming back simply because the people who work here make every...

When I went through the drive thru (there was no one in front of me) I told them I had an online order, I pulled up to the window, the lady asked me if I order through the speaker, I said no. I order through the app. She was really rude and said "next time order through the speaker" and walked away. Not only was my (very simple, munchkins and iced tea) order not ready in the 20+ mins since I placed it, but the lady was really rude.
