There r several places I go when coming to this mall, 1, is Gold & Diamonds the employees here r ALWAYS!! friendly, & very accommodating. If they don't have somthing, they go out of their way, to either get it or have it made for u. The beauty supply right in the front of the mall. I have to say, the one gentlemen who works here, who I believe is the owner or manager was not very professional or friendly on 1 of my trips to this store, actually he was quite RUDE!! I usually stop in to get nose rings, & have been asking them to get more of a certain size on the clear (Diamond look) for several months now, I sometimes wonder if it's the language buarier or, they just don't care... anyway, still the same exact ones were there on this trip back, it appears I'm the only one who buys them, or everyone is choosing other clear ones as I'm forced to do because they aren't replacing the ones that r OBVIOUSLY, most popular, because the exact same ones that were there which r all colored stones were the same ones that were there AGAIN!! this time. I actually grew up in the area so this was the mall we all came to, as kids for everything!! One of our favorite places to get something to eat was 3 Brother's, we moved to the area in 1976 same year they opened, 42 years ago! It was very crowded and cars parked everywhere and there was no authority figure out controlling parked car in fire lane and I front of every store and cars driving with out stopping for predictions walking in crosswalk and over crowded parking lots full have to park far away and not family friendly and not pleasant cashier's and not helpful when asking for help regarding items could be found very rude,rolling there eyes and then desemest by the employee walking away and I have to go ask customer service and walking away.I found finding help with a lot of things different places and things wasn't known and didn't care to be helpful. More like you were being bothered some and rude saying look over there and if you don't see it we don't have it. I think I will have to go take my business to where we were kindly and helpfully respect for my business and treated respected for spending my time and money at their business because time are hard enough for money respect without being rudely and making me feel that didn't care if I spend lots of money in that store more like a new virus and everything should be closed down again. They didn't want to be bothered by anyone or anything by not doing their job and didn't care.
