Our visit was on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. We were only a party of two and were initially told our seating wait would be approximately 30-45 min. My husband and I agreed to wait as this was the busy dinner hour and there appeared to be two rather large parties that arrived before us. Our wait time was actually faster than expected hence the 1-star given. Our server arrived to our table after about 6-7 min after we were seated and did not immediately take our drink order but proceeded with our meal order.š She appeared to be shadowed by a more experienced server, who had to remind her to obtain our drink orders. Her 2nd approach to our table begin as what seemed to be an after thought that we were even sitting in her assigned area, and began with her sharing with us that she had been on that shift since 11:00a (it was after 7:00p when we were seated), and that it had been a long day, while placing our drink orders on our table. My husband and I are very understanding at this point and overlooked that small detail, so she began to take our orders. 1st off we ordered an appetizer and salads. She returned minutes later with what we were believing to be our salads, but she was empty handed with only her order pad to take our entree orders, as another server delivered our appetizer. As we placed our orders we had to remind her we needed small plates, extra napkins, and rolls as others around us whom were seated after us were already enjoying. Again another server stepped up and answered that request. After about a 5-10 minute wait after placing our entree orders our server and another server approached our table (still without delivering our salads), to advise us that one item she thought we ordered was not available.š² I explained my order again to advise that what she was speaking of was not what I had ordered. She and her shadow shuffles off only to return to an adjacent table to resolve an issue with guests that arrived after we did. Again my husband and I are understanding and offer more patience and proceed to wait for our orders.. Another 5 minutes and our entree are within view but presented to an incorrect table (there is still no delivery of our salads). š We easily and jokingly remind her that our salads still have not been delivered while she refills our beverages and she scrambles off only to return 3-4 minutes later with our salads in hand to advise that our salads had to be made fresh as the salad maker did not receive our order.š² Within 5-7 minutes of getting our salads our server and her shadow returns to inquire about how our check should be calculated.š¤ We joked about it being being combined and off they go. It was another 10-20 minutes before our patience wore thin an I approached the Hostess stand to ask that a Manager attend our table.𤬠I explained in great detail as I have here, about our experience and that we are now simply waiting to pay. The Manager listened and returned with our bill explaining that she discounted our bill for our inconvenience and apologized. I explained to her we were not complaining to receive a discount, but to make her aware that our service was very dis-satisfying. We promptly paid our bill and left. We arrived approximately 12:45 pm and was told there was a 20 minute wait we understood. So, we waited and about 25 minutes we was taken to a table that's when the disaster started. The Table was nasty and a drink had been spilled in the floor and on the seat. After sitting for at least 10 minutes with waitresses passing often the Bartender appeared with nothing to write with asking to take our drink order and food order for a table of 6. After going through our orders she returned to waitress the Bar approximately 10 more minutes we sat there with no drinks rolls or communication to when we would receive them once again waitresses passing by, Finally our drinks appear and that is when the debacle began. All the waters was correct but I was brought a diet coke the waitress was befuttled that she had messed up, then she began to repeat our orders to us and once again she messed up and could not believe it wasn't correct. She kept saying the order is correct in the computer but blamed my father in law for distracting her. Finally rolls appeared 6 rolls for 6 people still no tea we asked about the tea and was told just a moment and she returned to the bar. Others customers was questioning about their service. Apparently a manager appeared however the way he was dressed I did not know I thought he was the dishwasher!!! We continued to wait all rolls are gone and I still have no tea, our waitress is the bartender and other waitresses keep passing by, and by this time several other customers left or wanted to speak to a manager as we did. We asked the bartender/waitress to speak to the manager and I quote" Do y'all think y'all are the only customers I have, I have 6 more tables and the Bar!! And then she said quote " you should see the kitchen, no cooks" which we responded can we get some more rolls, and when will our food be ready? She responded well y'all have some steaks that have to be cooked it will be a while that's when my mother in law walked out and my father in law confronted the manager about talking to his supervisor which he gave him the supervisors number. Our wait was said to be 35 min within 15 min our pager was buzzing the waitress wasn't very knowledge about the menu, she could've been new, but was awesome! The apps were good n all the food arrived hot n well portioned we'll definitely visit again in the future!!
Fast forward, June 18th 2019...my born day was yesterday, I didn't want to go out bc home cooked is the safest n best as of lately but okay it's my bday.So personally I feel that when it's more then 3ppl something's guaranteed to be wrong w/ someones food. We, my 3 boys husband n I, sat down at 635, ordered 2apps, mozzarella sticks n chips n salsa which came out within 10 min maybe n were the ONLY thing good@our experience. We ordered as soon as she brought the drinks back but didn't get our food until 750, my food was COLD, his steak wasn't cooked correctly the ribs looked like a chunk of meat, maybe boneless ribs is what their switching too without informing customers I dk, n my youngest food wasn't even put in by the waitress for the so called cooks to prepare!!! The manager offered a very generic apology like a pre text response a comment receives bc my son's order wasnt even placed she comped his meal n my husband's meal after we paid our bill of 53.50 n even still tipped the waitress was then told at 805( yeah I was timing, real petty ish that's totally avoidable) some rolls was coming, my son wanted rolls since his food was being boxed I really could've given zero #$#%$ @anything else from logans n had to wait AGAIN to get the rolls then a waiter brings another all American meal š¤š¤..still waiting for rolls....finally come.840 WORST EXP EVER..We last went in Sept., inexperienced waitress but she handled herself good exp, but now we vow to NEVER visit again the worst exp ever I literally never leave a bad review I'd rather not leave it at all but this seems to unfortunately be the norm, unbeknownst to us, for this location n upper management maybe should look into shifting the atmosphere bc those aren't cooks that should be serving the public and management should be quadruplidly assuring cust their satisfaction is appreciated she definitely didnt do that, a comp without anything other than sorry is like hush hush money, its not solicited!! we wanted fresh cooked food within a reasonable...
