Some of the best fries I've ever had. Not too thick and not too thin. They have a wonderful crunch when you bite into them and the perfect amount of salt that seasons them. The homemade vinegar is amazingly sweet with a slight tang. I had it three times in the week that I was at Bethany Beach. Fries were fries, nothing special. Could've been crispier but, when I asked for them to be done so even if I paid extra, I was told that couldn't be done. The customer service was good, but OMG the salt on the fries was tragic. After eating 2-3, I had to dump them because they were terribly salty. A definite cause for High Blood Pressure. I couldn't try them on the boardwalk because the birds were flying around like vultures. So I had to keep them in the plastic bag and eat them in the car when I was leaving.
