Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Bethany

I wish I could rate them less than one star. Saturday January 30th I was working an extremely late night shift and I decided to skip lunch and run up to scooters for a coffee so I could get some energy. I got in line behind another vehicle. They got their drink and pulled off and I sat at the speaker. No one said anything to me. I finally said hello. They told me they were closed. I said it says you close at 9 pm online. They said that’s when they leave. I said you just helped another customer. They said he was in line before 8:55 so they helped him. I just wanted a coffee so I could stay up. I would have gotten their earlier if I could but I had to wait until my lunch break and then drive to them. If I had known they closed early I would have gone to a different location and been able to get to that one before close. It was so rude and uncalled for. They didn’t even say anything to me about being closed as a courtesy. I had to sit in the line and wait and finally say something to them to get them to even respond. I was there well before 8:55 as well bc I sat at the speaker for several minutes waiting for them to respond as well. On top of all of this, their phone number doesn’t even work so you can’t call ahead or anything. I worked in retail for years and I get it, people are awful, but I never closed early. You close when you close. It’s not like I walked into a restaurant and ordered a sit down meal, I just...

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Scooter’s Coffee, and I won’t be returning. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. My order was completely wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, they were dismissive and unhelpful.

The coffee itself was awful — bitter, burnt, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The pastries were stale and overpriced for what you get. On top of that, the shop was dirty, with sticky tables and trash overflowing from the bins.

To make matters worse, the drive-thru was painfully slow, even though there weren’t many cars in line. It’s clear that management doesn’t care about quality or customer service. There are plenty of better coffee shops around — save yourself the frustration and go...

I got my mother the Matcha Green Tea smoothie add fruit(mango). The second time I picked her up a MGT, yesterday 12/17/22, hers got really sick, the large MGT add mango was the only thing she'd consumed that day; right after she drank it all gone she got upchuck sick twice, says still felt very badly afterward but the feeling passed after she prayed and prayed. The prepper put ice in this one that I did not request, she didn't like ice in it. This Scooters does not give or offer you a purchase receipt. Their smoothies are made with ice cream, just a heads up if you're highly dairy intolerant, we've never heard of ice cream used as a base for smoothies, but my mother still likes them.
