Can't recommend to friends or family anymore. Last several visits were steadily worse in service, food, and attitudes. Last nights experience (dinner with my wife) made us decide that we will not return to this location. To start off, our seating hostess was rude, then we had to wait for an extended period to order drinks because our waitress was too busy having a full blown in-depth conversation with an adjacent table. When she finally did come over, she rushed us through our order, even cutting me off while I was ordering my steak to ask how I wanted it cooked. We received our drinks about 10 minutes later, with no napkins for the sweating glasses. My wife also asked for water, which she never got. When our appetizer came, the person literally went table by table in our area asking who got the quesedillas, before we flagged her down. At that point, we asked her for napkins - she brought them back several minutes later with a curt "there you go". When we were done with our appetizer (at which point, we would expect our entree to be served), I was advised that they were out of baked potatoes.This is at 7PM on a Friday evening. I told them I would take the mashed. Another semi-lengthy wait... our entrees come out (minus the potatoes) - my steak and broccoli are cold. I advise the waitress, she takes it away. My wife begins eating her entree while I munch on the mashed potatoes, which had since been brought out and are now the only food in front of me. When I was done with the mashed and had been sitting idly by for a bit, I finally got the rest of my meal. At that point, the waitress explained that there had been a mix up in the kitchen with my steak and that she had taken a whopping $10 off of my bill for the inconvenience. In the end, the evening was just another example of employees who have no concept of, or inclination toward good customer service. They could care less and that is displayed by their attitudes. Read moreI went to this Applebees with my husband last night. We drove over 45 minutes to go to this one because the one closer to our house is not good. So lets start by saying the wait: we went on a saturday night so they were busy and I understand a wait. The hostess called my name and I was trying to make my way to her and people were coming in. She said my name once and then moved on to the next reservation. I didnt even get a chance to get to her. When I finally got through the crowd surrounding the door, she had given my table up. She told me I had to wait. Then she called my name again and sat me and my husband right next to the bar. This wouldnt have been a problem except we were right by the register for the servers. I can tell you every problem that each one of the staff was having that night because they weren't shy about standing around and gossiping. Next comes our soup and salad. My husbands soup was ice cold, so they heated it up. The second time it was still cold and he said forget it. My salad was ok. I ordered the Bourbon chicken and shrimp with no mushrooms and he ordered the southwestern steak salad. Mine came out with mushrooms. They asked if I wanted to have another one made. By that time I was so annoyed with the staff and the child standing and screaming behind me that I just wanted to get out. The waitress was great. She apologized and it wasn't her fault. The manager came over and asked if they can make a new plate I said no thank you. Luckily I do not have an allergy, just prefer no mushrooms. They did take the soup and my entree off the bill but I will not be returning due to numerous issues and lack of conern. Read moreIf I could give it zero stars today I would. This is my usual spot for casual drinks w/ friends & a late night bite to eat w/ my son. BUT!!!! Today was NOT it! I’ll be looking for a new spot for awhile. My server Katelyn had to be reminded that we were even sat in her section as me and my son were waiting over 20 minutes just to order our drinks. Before my other 2 guests came I informed her that it was my friends birthday & she said they don’t sing anymore but she could have a complimentary brownie, (cool but since when don’t they sing?! 🙄) long story short I got in at 9 PM food didn’t get served until around 9:49. My guests food was cold, they had a server girl in a red coat rudely drop off my friend’s mozzarella sticks and rolled her eyes.. I’m not sure if that was intentional or if she was having a bad day but ONCE AGAIN it was my friends birthday & she drove about 30 minutes to meet me here because of how much I ranted and raved of how much I loved it here and noooo.. never got the brownie, one of my guests didn’t even eat their food because it was cold & the other ate the burger & left the fries. I’m only leaving this review because the manager didn’t come to the table after my guest’s food was comped off the check. Big red flag like hello 🚩 not cool..
