We hosted our son's birthday party at Chocolate Works, Easton PA and we only have wonderful things to say about this place. First, the theme itself is unique.. we were not sure if it would be a hit among the parents, given all the sugar associated with the activities, but it apparently was! Besides, you don't eat all the chocolates right there at the party (you take some home), so that became a big plus. Of course, the uniqueness comes at a price. This theme turned out to be a bit more expensive than other places (bouncing/bowling etc). Second, the folks managing the shop were good. I even talked to the owner (Pat) on the phone once and he was extremely patient with me (and my questions). As for the activities: the kids got to choose their own mould (among a wall full of choices), which they filled with chocolate and once frozen, they hand-painted those (with colored choco) to their own taste. The second activity was to pick either an Oreo or Pretzel or Cracker, and chocolate-coat it through a conveyor belt and then garnish it with M&M or sprinklers. The kids got to eat this one then and there! Finally, I have to mention that the party lead Cayden was awesome! With a series of well-planned activities (including pizza time, happy birthday song etc.) and the allotted 2 hours just flew by! Cayden knew exactly how to handle the excitement and decibels from the kids. All the kids there had a blast with him! At the end of the day, all that matters is to see a bunch of happy kids :). Definitely recommend this place for a uniquely themed...

I recently visited Chocolate Works for the first time, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, and the store itself was spotless and thoughtfully organized, truly a welcoming atmosphere.
I had my eye on the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup for a while, and finally got to try it. Let me just say: it was a flavor symphony. The chocolate was rich and creamy, the house-made pistachio cream was absolutely divine, the kenefeh added a perfect crunch, and the strawberries were fresh and vibrant. I really appreciated the fact that the pistachio cream is unsweetened, which created a perfevt balance with the sweeteness of the chocolate. Each component was delicious on its own, but together they created a medley of textures and tastes that was nothing short of perfection.
One thoughtful suggestion: the portion size is incredibly generous, ideal for sharing, but a bit much for one person given the richness of the dessert. A smaller, individual-sized option would be a fantastic addition, especially since the chocolate tends to harden as it cools, making leftovers less enjoyable.
That said, I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their house-made sweets. And next time, I’ll bring a friend to share that Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup with because it’s too good not to enjoy again.
👏 Bravo, Chocolate Works! Keep up the...

I came here for the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. It was unfortunately pretty mediocre. All the ingredients were there, but that's not what makes a recipe right. It's not just about throwing the ingredients together it's about knowing how to mesh them together and give it flavor. I had an authentic Dubai chocolate strawberry cup at a mosque last week, and it was the best thing I've had in a while. This is an attempt at recreating an Arab delicacy but fell short. The strawberry pieces were all different sizes, some huge chunks, and others weird wedges, and the filo was in huge chunks and burnt and not mixed with the pistachio butter so it tasted very weird. The mixing of the pistachio butter with the filo is a key component of dubai chocolate. I tried mixing it but again the strawberries and filo were so large that I couldn't so I kind of just had to eat through different layers of ingredients. I understand there is a lot of people coming in to order, but that shouldn't affect the quality of the product that people...
