I went in yesterday to purchase a salad as the woman was making my salad. I was asking her about the dressings. She said they had a vinaigrette. I asked her if it was a regular vinaigrette or seasoned and so on. She picked up the empty bottle, threw it in the garbage, went into the refrigerator, got a new bottle out and drowned my salad in the dressing I was asking about. I told her excuse me. I didn't ask for you to put that dressing on there. She then squirts it on my finger for me to taste it. It was god-awful. It was like a oil-based heavily seasoned. I don't know what I said this dressing is horrible. I do not want it. She stared at me with a blank stare for 5 minutes like there was lobsters crawling out of my head She then takes the salad in the back and tries to scrape off the dressing I said. Are you kidding me? You're going to give me a dressing that I didn't ask for there was heavy seasonings in there that I cannot have. The man came out of the back which I'm assuming is the owner and started to drill me about things like I should have asked about the dressing or told her before she put it on the salad. I explained to him exactly how it went down and I said you should be talking to her not me as a restaurant owner, you should be explaining to her that you cannot take something back and just scrape it off. Especially when I'm telling you there's things in there I can't eat He was beyond mad. I've never seen someone so disgusted over the smallest salad in the world with that attitude and disposition. I'm sorry God forgive me. He doesn't deserve to have a restaurant or run it. We're paying customers. You can't give someone something they didn't ask for. I said what if I had an allergy he didn't care at all. He was just worried about that salad being wasted. He had no care or concern about her trying to scrape off a dressing disgusting disgraceful. Read moreI ordered two subs. The employee was in training, I seemed that she needs to be retrained in assembling a sandwich. On sandwich #1 she melted the cheese on the lettuce and not on the meat. On sandwich #2 she wanted to place the vegetable in the microwave. I callled to speak with the manager Zack Tulle, and suggested that she should be retrained. He took offense to my suggestion and decided not to resolve the issue stating that I should not tell him how to deal with his employees. I wanted to request a refund but he out right said he would not help me. Mr Tulle stated that any complaint made does not go to corperate it goes directly to him since he is the owner. In other words don't waste your time. I will research that. The person I purchased the sandwich for didn't eat it and threw it away. That is how bad it was. This was my first time going to this subway, but my daughter, family and friends go there constantly. From now on I will steer everyone I know away from this establishment to another subway. Mr Tulle you don't treat customers like that when they are giving you a suggestion it is for the better. You took offense and made it seem that I was telling you want to do. Read morewent to this location to redeem the coupons i got in the mail, the young guy helping wasn’t sure if it was applicable or not but he read the coupon and said that the sandwiches listed below aren’t part of the deal so as long as i get anything but those we’re good to go. we went ahead and ordered, they made our sandwiches we made our way to the cashier and the indian guy (owner, manager or district manager idk) said that the same coupon CANNOT be applied bc i got a philly which is a sandwich listed. i showed him the coupon and told him that he was wrong and that it wasn’t one of the ones listed. he told me “it doesn’t need to say it on the coupon, i’m the boss and i’m telling you it’s not part of the deal” so instead of arguing or walking out or causing a scene. i paid for my two foot longs and headed out. the sandwiches were not only skimpy like chipotle but were messed up bc he had an attitude while putting the in the bag and one of them is slightly squished with a hand print. so my message would be to avoid this subway and just go to a different one. that guy was worked up over a coupon and i wasn’t even arguing or giving attitude back. here’s the coupon to show you guys it...
