I am very very upset and disappointed with the food and service here. I never ate at Chipotle always heard amazing reviews and have seen what others have gotten so know the portion sizes are pretty good. Yes it’s a bit pricey, but I did not care about that originally. I ordered a Chicken Burrito with brown rice, Salsa, Sour cream, queso blanco, cheese, lettuce. No beans and no Guacamole. My father ordered steak quesadillas with two Kinds of salsa and brown rice. I ordered my food online and it was suppose to be done and ready for me by 6:20pm.
I received notification when my food was done, and I was just pulling in the parking lot. It was around 6:26pm I went inside to seeing it packed with a lot of people standing around, no organization whatsoever. I managed to find what looked like a line, the lady was calling peoples names and if you were there she was THEN making the order… Needless to say they were behind a lot and I waited an hour for a Chicken Burrito and Steak quesadillas that my father ordered.
Finally my name was called and I responded like I had just won the lottery! Yelling right here, and waving my hand high so everyone could see! Then they started making my food. I thought to myself at least it will be hot! Well I get my food and walk out feeling good and excited to finally try Chipotle for the first time.
We get home and I open my food and instead of a burrito, I had a burrito bowel.. and it wasn’t even full. I have seen other burrito bowels stuffed with meat, rice and veggies. My looked like it only had a quarter of what it could hold. And my dad didn’t even get brown rice that he had ordered with his. It was the worst $22.00 I have ever spent on take out. I will not be going back. I’d rather make my own, or go...
Read moreThe bad: I recommend not ordering online and only order in person. The portions are terrible when ordering online and picking up in person, even if you say you want extra of something. They often charge extra for a side of something when ordering in person even though it’s free online. Previously you could get two things on the side for free per bowl, but now they won’t let you. I don’t trust them putting anything on the side for you if you order online. If you go there past 6 PM or 7 PM, they run out of certain items and refuse to refill them which typically include fajita veggies, certain salsas, and other items (if you want something in particular find out if they have it before ordering). They are picky about which nationwide promotions they honor. My bag did end up ripping more than once and food went all over my car 🤦. Beware of Starbucks drive through drivers when entering and exiting.
The good: They are a fast casual place and get orders out moderately quickly (albeit they skimp on portions); I do see people waiting from time to time. Most of the workers are friendly except when I asked if they charged for side items and one person gave me an attitude. Floors and tables are moderately clean and trash is taken out regularly. The patrons are friendly in this location and it’s a safe place to get food. The shopping center it’s in is a high traffic area. I like the location and how convenient it is to me along with the shopping center it’s located in. If you ask for more of something when ordering in person, they will give it to you. The cashier makes checkout quick and easy. The prices here are slightly cheaper than other...
Read moreI would give them 0 stars if I could! This location is the absolute worst! Yesterday around 4pm after waiting in line for about 15 minutes I began ordering my food, after choosing my rice and beans they tell me they’re out of chicken, fajita veggies, and Queso. I asked were they out of stock and she said no they just need to make some, this was unacceptable for a Monday evening. Customers like myself driving 20minutes for dinner should have the satisfaction of receiving a great meal with consistent quality ingredients.
With Grace I said I’ll come back after I get my children settled in from school. Fast forward to 8:15 pm I drive another 20 minutes wait in line once again for her to tell me they’re out of chicken, and fajita veggies. She proceeded to say the person that works the grill is on break. There’s piles of trays stacked up behind her, and 3 other employees just walking around. The lady taking orders was making herself a taco and licking her fingers after taking the last of the chicken.
She then went over to the side where they prepare mobile orders and scraped the little bit of servings out of that pan to the trays in front. It was awful. Not even enough to fulfill my family’s order.
I asked why aren’t they providing quality service to their customers she shrugged her shoulders whispered sorry and began laughing with her coworker.
After driving 20 minutes there and back twice yesterday I’ve decided I’d spend my money elsewhere, please believe me you should do the same!
This location closes at 10 pm there’s no reason why the grill was down or off at 8:15. It...
