Frank's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Bethlehem Township

Usually get good food and service as we have been coming to this establishment for over 5 years. Tonight, I placed an order for pick up over the phone with specific instructions to keep a Sicilian slice separate from the deep fried rice balls because a family member has severe allergies to shell fish that are fried in same fryer as the rice balls are. I was patient with the person on the phone and explained this several times.

Upon arrival at the location, I the Sicilian slice was already bagged in same box with the deep fried rice balls. I explained to her when I placed the phone order I gave those instructions it needed to be in separate bags. Apparently the person taking our phone order did not write down the instructions that I gave several times when I placed the order.

The owner proceeded to remove the Sicilian slice and put in a separate bag after it already was in contact with the deep fried rice balls . I told her no and I needed a new slice. The owner said the Sicilian slice didn't touch the rice balls but in fact they did.

I had to wait for a fresh Sicilian pie to be made and left with my other food that was already cold. In hindsight, I should of said no thanks and left.

Unfortunately, I can't take chances with this establishment and will not patronize it anymore since they do not follow instructions for a person with food allergies.

We've been to other pizza establishments and restaurants and never had a problem.

Just because my family member has an epi-pen doesn't mean they want to use it.

So if anyone in your family has food allergies you should consider another...

Very disappointed with the food here. I've tried their wraps, pasta, pizza, and salad. Do not get their Neptune wrap (shrimp, arugula and mozzarella). I opened up the tortilla and saw only 3 pieces of shrimp in the entire wrap. It was stuffed mostly with arugula and a few chunks of cold mozzarella cheese. The tortilla was cold and not even warmed up. Im not sure why I waited 20 minutes for this wrap to be constructed when it looks like it had been thrown together in 30 seconds. I just ate the three pieces of shrimp and threw out the wrap. I've also tried their white wine pasta which was bland and tasteless- their sauce was way too runny and you could see the goblets of liquified butter that had separated from the sauce. Their pizza was the only thing I've tried here that I did not mind, although it was nothing spectacular. I've also tried their Caesar salad which I do not recommend either. They drench it in the dressing so the croutons are soggy. They also do not incorporate any cheese into their Caesar salad, which I believe is an important component. Overall, I've been coming back here because it's conveniently located by work, but I will not be returning after so many unpleasant experiences...

8/8/25 yeah back with my Aunt! I had the Rigatoni Sicilian, it was really good. Service was good, we joked about taking my left over sauce home and she brought me a container so i took it! Already blended into my sauce - nice...

1/24/23 back for dinner w/aunt. I had the chicken piccata over linguine, it was decent. My aunt had the sausage and meatballs over linguine, she liked it. Service was ok, strange that we had to ask for silverware and napkins. That should just be part of sitting down for dinner.

9/15 dinner w/aunt. I had chicken di Napoli, it was really good. Service was not as attentive as it should have been. BYOB:)

3/29/22 back for dinner with my aunt. I had the chicken stromboli, it was good and a nice size too! BYOB allowed :) Service still good.

1/22/18: Had linguine and white clam, very nice and plenty of clams, fresh and chopped.

Really good food and the price is just right! Love the pasta dinner specials, plenty to choose from and a great value. Nice portions and friendly service. You should go, even for...
