McDonald's — Restaurant in Bethlehem Township

I frequent this location. Tonight was the worst service and food I ever received from this location. I placed an app order for 4 cookies and 2 shakes; 1 small Strawberry and 1 Large Chocolate. There are several issues I encountered. #1 the guy on the drive thru could not be ruder. He must not be aware that others might work in food service in the past and know the tricks. This person is whack and 100% not funny. I heard your conversation you wanted me to hear and I think you need a new job. I had my 2 small children with me and they do not need to hear your filthy mouth. #2 I ordered 2 milkshakes made with Vanilla ice cream. Tonight to be extra cute and funny my 2 milkshakes were made with Mint Green Shamrock shake not Vanilla. 🤮🤢 I was so turned off when they had me pull over for my 4 cookies I made the employee take my 2 shakes back. I want a refund not new shakes that can be tampered with. I have so many questions for McDonald’s right now. Who is the manager who oversees this establishment? Why are make employees saying “ lick my balls” im the mic on the drive thru, and why did they initially try to give me a quarter pounder with cheese value meal? If i had more time and did not have my children with me boy oh boy I would have handled this differently. I asked for a manager and the manager did not want to come to the window to speak to me. Hopefully in the morning somebody will want to talk to me to refund me my $ because I am not getting stuck paying for this incidence. Idk who thinks its funny to serve a family those milk shakes but fr fr you need a new job and possibly some internal reflection . HORRRRIBLLEEEEEEEEEE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered food they mest EVERYTHING UP .Even ordered a small hot chocolate with whip cream and choclate dirzzle.When he gave me my hot drink it had no whip cream , no choclate drizzle !!! And it was half way full and i ordered a Medium! It was filled half way! And the hot chocolate was WATERY! Then! He gives us our meal and there was sandwiches missing! I ordered three mc Chicken sandwiches with medium fry.... All that was in the bag was ONE sandwich and the medium fries! I checked the receipt and they didnt charge us for three sandiwches.So when he came to the window I Informed him that my order was all mest up and I had ordered three sandwiches but that he charged me for one and ill pay the rest. He said “we closed 6min ago Im not making anything”.. he said “Nobody here will make it” SO IF YOUR NOT GOING TO FULFILL THE CUSTOMERS ORDER AND NEEDS THEN WHY WOULD YOU STAY OPEN AND TAKE OUR ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You should have shut off the drive through and say “WERE CLOSED” I ordered all that stuff and they rushed making it and did not even make me what I asked for then refuses to fix the mistakes they made!!!!!!!! This is one of the prettiest, most modern, and cleanest McDonald's we've been to.  As soon as you pull into the parking lot, you see a beautiful waterfall by the entrance of the building.   I went in and placed my order on a kiosk.  I noticed a family come in, and a little boy went running to a monitor.  It looked like they had monitors set up where kids could play games. My order was fresh and piping hot. It was my first time trying their hot chocolate with whole milk. It was so good. It was just what I needed to warm me up this cold morning. Hashbrowns were perfectly cooked and crunchy.  Every time I went to the pick-up window, the lady came right away and asked if I needed anything.  She was super nice and helpful.  Most McDonald's I go to, the people just ignore you and make you go to the kiosk.  They call your number and leave it right away, so you can't ask for ketchup or napkins.  This place is the exact opposite.   The lady genuinely meant it when she asked, " What'd you need, hon?"  It's nice to know there are still places like this. You can go to some places and look at them,  and just see how they don't want to be there or get paid to do nothing. I highly recommend this McDonald's. The only thing they were missing was...
