Burger King — Restaurant in Bethlehem

It's still a Burger King and it continues to have the slowest counter service of any fast food "restaurant" known to exist. The employees are friendly enough, the restaurant & men's room is clean, the drink area is well stocked with lids, straws, salt, pepper, condiments, everything is orderly, orders are taken, the food is good and then the big FAIL....for the words "FAST FOOD"... You can obviously see the food get prepared for takeout across the counter - it IS like poetry in motion - the fries are being put in the deep fryers, the assembly technician is dutifully cranking out burgers, fish & chicken sandwiches & nuggets of all kinds, its a virtual epitimy of "just-in-time" production. The custom built parts & sizes are assembled with the correct items & sizes, bagged and sent along its way - YEA.. just not to the hungry, patient, & paid devotees of Burger King who chose to get counter service... HOWEVER, the nearly 1/2 dozen of us who had already put their orders in....waited & waited & waited. Then it came our turn for being fed. The associate who was finally able to get the parts for our trays and bags actually felt awful & offered us free pies as a reward for the extra time waiting for our food..... . So, If you are planning on making this a quick stop - for "FAST" Food... DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!. I've been coming here off & on for YEARS I just did another full open hand face slap to the forehead in expecting better completion times. NOPE... I wasn't...

let me begin by saying, this is not my first terrible, appalling, and disappointing experience with this specific Burger King location. for starters a regular occurrence is the wait time. never fails to disappoint me, be prepared to wait at LEAST 20 minutes at the window, not including the extra time you are doomed to wait if there is a line in front of you. the workers, are some of the most incompetent people I have ever encountered, I mean I begin to think that you have to be annoying in order to get hired here. now let me give you a little play by play. set the scene, after sitting in the car so long you begin to wonder how many state lines you could’ve crossed at this point, when finally the window flings open and bags are shoved in your face. you nicely ask the worker “could I have some zesty sauce please” and the worker snaps back “I put it in the bag” we look in the bag to find a mere 2 packets of zesty sauce, we had 3 orders of onion rings so I believe there should be a MINIMUM of 3 zesty sauces in the bag. politely we reiterate “okay can I have some extra please” the worker reluctantly smacks one more packet of zesty sauce in our hand. all that back and forth took longer than it would have to just put on a customer service smile and say “okay here you go!” like is that so hard?? you work at BURGER KING. get it together. the service, wait time, and accuracy of the orders are appalling. I don’t believe I have ever left this burger king...

I really wish I could give this establishment negative stars. The pictures speak for themselves but I'll elaborate anyway. Stopped here on the way back to our hotel around 11:30 pm. There was literally only one person actually working. The "manager" was just standing around waiting for the one individual that actually was working to make sandwiches and get everyone's order together. The individual taking orders at the drive thru had no personality at all. Did not say one word as he took my money...gave me my change...or handed me my food. The only time he spoke was when I asked how many people they had working since we waited close to 15 minutes in the drive thru for our food. As you can see from the pictures the chicken sandwich I received was one of those international patties. Not the chicken breast that's pictured. Now take a good look at those fries. Notice the black specs on them? That's not pepper. When we got our food the first thing we noticed was the smell of burnt oil. Obviously these fries were cooked in very old oil. Those black specs are all the old food particles left behind from the previous DAYS of food. This is by far the worst Burger King that I've been to.
