Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bethlehem

You can expect what you normally would as far as the food and coffee goes in this location, as far as that goes it is no better or worse than the rest. The reason I gave this location only 3 stars is for two reasons mostly. The first: depending on the time of day you stop by you can almost certainly expect a drive-through line all the way back to the street and going inside is no better when they are busy. The second: there has been not just one, but several times that I was either the only car or just one of a couple cars and I waited in the drive through at the speaker for so long that I just gave up and drove away. It happens quite often that they take incredibly long to acknowledge you are there and take your order. One time I gave up and went inside and the staff was simply standing around talking with each other ... no crowd, no nothing, I was the only customer. Now, with that aside, the food and coffee are what you would expect it to be. Depending on the time of day traffic in and out is unbearable. Wait times are overly long sometimes. They are conveniently located and easy to get to. There is enough parking but the lot is often full and tough to get in and out of depending on traffic. I know what times are generally good and which are not, so depending on the time of day I will go out of my way to avoid this...

If there was an option for negative Stars I would apply here. Without a doubt one of the worst businesses I have ever been to. It's dirty the staff is rude and the order is never right. I tried three different occasions to give them the benefit of the doubt because it is a very convenient location. Each time the service was worse than the time before. On top of it all when they got my order wrong I asked for a refund they told me they can't refund any orders. The staff was wearing earbuds and listening to music which explains why he had to have me clarify my order four times at the drive-thru. I wasted my money here on three different occasions please don't make the same mistake avoid it at all costs. there are several Dunkin donuts located within a few miles. I am very surprised because typically Dunkim is very consistent, this is clearly a failing business....

i don’t usually complain but the staff was just rude & lazy. i asked for a bagel with light cream cheese & what they gave me was just ridiculous. (picture included) i took two bites and you would’ve thought i asked for a plain toasted bagel, get nicer staff that actually do their job. also every time i want to pay with apple pay i get an eye roll from just about every staff member & they always get my order wrong. last time i went i asked for a strawberry refresher and they gave me a mango one, and i’m allergic to mango so i couldn’t even drink it. they don’t have half the stuff on their menu. i only go to this dunkin because it’s close to my school & it’s just convenient, but i’d much rather drive further to a different one for better service. everyone at this one seems to think the whole world owes them something 😂 that’ll for sure be the last time i go to...
