Cabot Pizza and Spanish food — Restaurant in Beverly

Do don’t eat here!!!!!!!! First off the owner or manger who works the front is very rude. Order a simple pizza with pepperoni, pepper, mushroom and extra cheese. it was obvious that the person wasn’t listening. Even repeating the order to him a few times he still didn’t get it right. It took 30 minutes to receive the pizza when we ordered right in shop. Yes when he apologized for the wait but he was just few of excuses. Got home and the first bit was cold as hell I live less than a half a mile away. It shouldn’t be that cold, but what I found on my pizza was a lot worst. My mother can not eat onions and there were onions on my pizza no pepper. I called to ask for front to do something for my order. I wanted a refund for getting the pizza cause I wasn’t will to wait another 30-35 for another pizza. The guy told he could but he needed the pizza we took bites out of back! Buddy in the food business you aren’t allow to take food back once it leaves your establishment you can’t take food back! I don’t complain about food places but this blew my mind. Wouldn’t even give back my money! Good luck people! We are done with this...

been going here for years & idk if ownership changed but has gone downhill. ordered fries & was told 5 mins. I got there in 7 by my phones time based on when I call. when I got there only one person was in a mask. the person greeted me & said that I was too soon n insisted I took a minute to arrive and was looking at me like I shouldn't have been there at that time. I was happy to wait cuz I wasn't in a rush & when I told him I arrived at the time he asked he insisted I was early again. i showed him my time I called on the phone (at this point it felt like a weird kind of gaslighting where I couldn't tell if he was serious or not or if I should just agree with him that I was early?) he said the cook wasn't there. at that point I decided to leave. the lack of masks which is a health concern to me and the other weirdness with everything else just didn't make it worth it.

Ordered a chicken wing dinner with onion rings and fries. This dinner was the smallest dinner I have ever got from a legit sub shop. I got 8 frozen then fried wings the size of my pinky, 10 shoe string fries and 4 onion rings. All I could see was the styrofoam tray due to the lack of food. I got more packets of duck sause than I did Individual pieces of food.....Pathetic. My girlfriend ordered an Italian sub with extra pickles and she chose a few meats not to be in it. This sub came with no pickles only the meat she did not like and it was 80% lettuce. The guy that took the order even repeated it to her. I would have took picks but my girlfriend did not open her sub until work the next day. This is the second time the place has burnt us on getting the order right.
