The Beverly Massachusetts, Cabot St. Bank of America, location has by far been the best a king experience I have had. I recently had to go Into the branch and instead of feeling anxiety and dread- as I have many time prior, with other banks and branches. The people who work at the Cabot street location are the one who make all the difference, for me. Susan and Trevor are two of the advisors who I trust to help me and prioritize me as person and what will be best for me- that level of compassion among financial experts is both rare and invaluable. The BofA on Cabot st in Beverly is a really amazing branch- definitely my favorite. The people who work there are always kind, and go out of their way to be helpful. Most recently, Susan, who was so patient and helpful. She went out her way to teach me how to better work on my credit score, among others things. At bigger banks and other branch locations, can be impatient and impersonal. I never get that feeling with this branch.
