Dunkin' — Restaurant in Beverly

This place has one star on yelp and I couldn’t agree more. Every single time I’ve been there or ordered from there, they have either missed items or gotten the order wrong. This morning, an entire order was missing and the coffee was made entirely wrong. The employees tend to rush and genuinely feel inattentive for the most part. More than once, I’ve had to flag down someone in the drive through to try and get the rest of my order or the correct item from them and each time, most employees I’ve interacted with were very short with me or upset I said anything at all. I just wanted the full order… I’d avoid this location for dunkin until either management changes or until corporate cares enough to intervene.

I’ve worked in food service for years and I understand dealing with customers is super draining and would make a nun curse, but getting mad at me for asking for the rest of the food I paid for or asking for the correct order is uncalled for. I hope things get better for them and that someone steps in. When all the employees are that exhausted and drained and overwhelmed, it affects everything.

This is a really iffy location. I go out of convenience because my work is in the same plaza. I order an iced coffee and sometimes a breakfast sandwich, and more times than not, my iced coffee is made incorrectly, not mixed at all, or way too much ice, and the breakfast sandwich isn’t even cooked all the way with the cheese unmelted and still cold to the touch. Also there are times my order gets misplaced and given away to someone else, and I’m standing there for 10-15+ minutes and I ask where my coffee/order is, only for them to have no idea where it went. I gave up on sending any of it back, they get attitudey and act like I’m the jerk but I’m not the one who didn’t make my order correctly. It’s just more times than not I have issues at this location and now go to the enon st location down the street. I’d love if corporate intervened and brought the location up to par, it’s a high traffic location and could...

Absolutely the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been at. Ordered 2 medium frozen coffees with 1 shot of caramel and extra cream. They made it with 4 shots of caramel and NO cream. Not to mention we gave them a $20 for 2 coffees which obviously means the change back is going to be more than $5.27. When we asked where’s the rest of our change and we want our change not to mention we wanted a receipt the lady told us we paid for 3 coffees which we only ordered 2 and she refused to give us the remaining of our change and the dude that looks like Dylan O’Brien threw the receipt out.
