When a manager isn't there I find myself repeating myself when I order and still not getting what I asked for. Very frustrating the people that are placed in the receiver window often cannot read numbers or letters in Spanish or English and often cannot speak English and do not understand requests like "mayonaise" or butter or napkins. Waiting at the next window and watching 5 or six cars get their food while you wait over 15 minutes is maddening. Getting attitude is also annoying esp if it was their mistake,like no eye contact rudeness or disrespect.
I have another complaint our beautiful majestic American flag that is wrapped around the bottom of the pole on your property is disrespectful and violates flag codes. It needs to be retired now since its on the ground. You shouldnt be allowed to fly this flag. I wouldve called but there is no one to call. No owner name no number, just AI. No way to send an email. The girl in drive through was having multiple conversations with coworkers about her night. No butter given, food was cold, eggs overcooked and just a bad experience. Next Monday I call the manager and she said I wouldnt be charge since I didn’t come. Then next Monday I call the manager but she wasnt there and only general manager was there.
