PROS! Food: I’ve never received order/coffee that wasn’t fresh and made right.
CONS! Service: I tried to make this my stop after work. I came every morning for two weeks. Most days I was the only customer. I have only received awkward passiveness. It’s very off putting and uncomfortable. It’s not even about putting on a customer service face, it’s literally human decency. I’ve never felt shunned from a drive thru before. Very bizarre
Yesterday the person at the speaker was basically scolding me, telling me they can’t hear me. But also interrupting me every other word to say “SPEAK UP” “WHAT!?”… there are polite ways to communicate that maybe have me drive to the window
This morning, the person took my card, said nothing to me, and turned 180° around until my food was ready. Then said nothing when giving me my bag. I wasn’t sure I was all set, I drove off idk…
Atmosphere: somehow better than the service. It’s very open and empty. Super liminal.
It genuinely feels like the whole store is actually a training facility for aliens ( or some kind of new life form) that need first hand experience with how to treat others AND in fact NOT A simple local donut and coffee stop and shop. Most likely funded by the deep state/ or maybe the aliens themselves. What is your plan spruce street Dunkin??? Do you plan on raising your extraterrestrial children to full understanding of human? For what? To integrated them into our society? Again I ask! For what???? This mystery may never be solved!
I’m obviously just messing around at this point but for real… stop being mean to me, I’m just a little guy who wants a...
Read moreIf it weren't for the fact that this is the most convenient dunks on my way into work, I wouldn't go here. The employees are rude, barely say hello, they shove your order into your hands and other than 1 girl, they never tell you to have a nice day or say thank you or anything. I understand it's early, but I mean, come on, its customer service 101. I go there between 430 and 6 am. If there is no line, you can almost guarentee that your coffee is going to have that burnt taste. If not for needing the coffee to be able to stay awake, I wouldn't get it. But if you go when they're busy, then you have a better chance of coffee being fresh. Ish. But then you have to deal with sitting in line for 15 minutes. The morning manager was very rude and pompous, honestly I think I have only encountered one girl that is actually nice and polite. It's honestly sad. Maybe the regional manager should get these guys come basic customer service training. Cuz this is...
Read more⚠️☣️☠️ CORPORATE DUNKIN NEEDS TO TAKE THIS FRANCHISE LICENSE AWAY. I was just at this dunks for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They had 7 people working that I counted and not one of them knows how microwaves work apparently. My sandwich was so cold in the middle it was hard and the cheese slice could be picked right off.. they forgot my Expresso in my coffee.. 0/2 DUNKS great work 💯 As a guy from Boston I can say with utmost certainty this location is a total dud and Ive been going here for years. It's usually about 50/50 if your order will be totally screwed up or just inedible.
UPDATE: Went here this morning 4/15/24 and they microwaved my bagel so hard it is falling apart. I guess at least it's not cold but why does this location have such an issue with using their oven?! STOP 🛑 RIPPING YOUR...
