This place has the best espresso in Biddeford. They spend time dialing it in every morning so it is balanced and perfect every time. The temperature of the lattes and cappuccinos are also spot on. I’m not sure how they do it, but they are so consistent. The quality of the pastries are 🤤. The cardamom bun and hand pies are all that I’ve tried, but the flavors and textures are incredible. By the time I thought to get my phone out to write a review, I had already devoured the delicious pastries and coffee. The espresso drinks are perfect - balanced, right temperature, and served in the cutest pottery. The pastries are unlike anything I’ve tried - how is it that a cardamom bun can have so much depth of flavor and not be too sweet, or that a savory hand pie can be perfectly bright and filling without being heavy? The vibes are immaculate. Every time I go here it's a treat and a half. The French Toast has a carmalized finish, the jam and cream spread pairs nicely for a sweet and soft dessert dish for breakfast. The squash and mushroom on rye has a perfected flavor profile with grated cheese and pesto being all savory but hitting several different notes of savory during the bite, I would recommend coming again and ordering...
