We were SUPER excited to try this place out, so I'm fairly disappointed, to put it lightly. Our waitress was excellent, so none of this is on the wait staff. I ordered a Tennessee Mule, which is made with rye, it was very bitter, it seemed the limes were on their last leg. Strike 1. This is something I can look past though. As a former bartender, stuff happens. No big deal. I keep the drink. Strike 1.5... this place is NOT clean. Just being at the table for 10 minutes, we noted a filthy floor, greasy handprints all over the walls, unclean restrooms....I digress... On to strike 2...
We ordered poutine as an appetizer. Poutine is traditionally made with a dark gravy and cheese curds. This had a poultry gravy and melted slices of deli cheese on top. It was edible, so we ate it and carried on to dinner. On to Strike 3...
3 out of the 4 people in my party ordered wagyu beef burgers, at an extra cost of $2 each for the specialty beef, all were ordered to be cooked medium. Cue the much anticipated arrival of our burgers...
All 3 of the wagyu burgers were cooked differently, all varying in temperature and color, from medium rare to, unfortunately, well done. This is strike 2.5... overcooked burgers happen. I understand. I send it back, obviously apologizing like crazy, because I don't want to be a pain. Our waitress was very understanding.
About 20 minutes later, after everyone else was finished eating, my replacement burger arrived. I have it packaged to-go, as everyone else is done eating. I cut into the center to check it before we leave. Light pink. Good enough. We get in the truck to leave... I start eating my dinner... the only part of that burger that was light pink just happened to be the exact spot that I cut into. The rest of the burger was dry and grey. Overcooked burger number 2... Strike 3.

Read moreWorst experience ever. Like so many other orders, I received only part of the order. When calling to complain, the person I spoke to was possibly one of the rudest people I've had the misfortune to speak to.
I ordered 2 burgers and Mac and Cheese.
I got a single burger.
So I call. And I ask where the other 2/3rds of the order are. The rude person on the phone (eventually) admits that at first only the first burger showed on the slip so that was all she put in.
Fine. Mistakes happen. When can I pickup the rest? "I don't know. I can't give you a time." Excuse me? "I'm not a cook".
How do you work in a restaurant and not know how long it takes to make a basic, no toppings burger? Sure, you're saying you're busy, but like. An order that YOU messed up should surely be expedited...right? Nah.
It took me 10 minutes to get them to fix this. No apologies whatsoever for screwing up the order completely.
I admit: I don't think I was asking for the world when I said I wanted the 1/3rd of the order I actually received remade since... It would have to sit for 45 minutes and would be cold and gross by the time I got the rest. But that was like pulling TEETH. I offered to bring back the first burger from moment one. But they acted like I was trying to scam them into a free burger. No. I assure you.. I'm not trying to scam you out of $4 in ingredients. I'm trying to eat hot food with the rest of my hot food.
I just picked up the rest of the order now. Same rude person. She complained I yelled at her (I didn't). All i ever asked was: when can I get the rest of the order? Still couldn't directly talk to a manager (lol). If that was "busy" I'm horrified because there was less than 15 people inside. If "busy" is 15-20 people, how are you open?
Maybe the service is better if you eat in but. I can't honestly recommend ordering from them if you do takeout or delivery. Personally I won't go...
Read moreHands down the absolute worst service we have ever experienced, Alex our server took at least 15 minutes to even acknowledge us after we were seated. He finally took our drink order and it was another 10-15 minutes before he came back to take our food order. The food took a ridiculously long time to come out I'm talking a whole hour in which time Alex did not once come back to our table even though two of our drinks had been empty pretty much since we ordered our food. I had to ask another waiter who was possibly the FOH manager to get us some drinks and told him we had not seen Alex in at least 30 minutes to which he mumbled something but assured me he would get us our drinks right away another man who was the only one in a button down shirt so he might also been the manager delivered our drinks we told him about not seeing our waiter the whole time he too mumbled something and walked away that is when our food finally came to the table after waiting for this food for an hour our food was not even hot. Mine wasn't even warm but since we had been there from 6:40 to now 8:05 when said food came out we didn't want to wait any longer so we all took some bites so we could just go home. After all this Alex finally came to ask us if we needed anything and actually seemed offended when I told him we had already asked other workers for what we needed.
