Man. I really thought "3rd time's a charm" would be the case here. First time we ordered online about 2 years ago. Soggy pizza. I let it slide, it was a white pizza with shrimp. "Seasonal menu" choice. Poor execution from the untrained kitchen staff. I can be picky being in the business and having extremely high standards. 2nd time we were going to see a friend at banded horn and went with another couple around 730pm on a Friday. We split nachos as a table. We got an entire plate of broken chips and unmelted cheese in the middle of the nachos. When you make nachos you stack two layers of cheese and "dry toppings" so that your nachos dont suck. Good effort. Poor execution. Again. Took about 30 mins to get drinks and apps in an empty dinning room. Weird right? Its Friday night. Our sandwiches came. They were ok. Literally just ok. My gf got the chicken finger basket because her theory is "how can you mess up chicken fingers?" Shes right. Frozen or fresh, its brainless. Wrong. They bake them. And they're frozen. And they put them on a pan so it creates a flat bottom that gets soggy and then hardeneds. Gross. A quick dinner before a show? Haha. We were an hour late do to poor service. Sigh. So here we are to the 3rd try. It's our final. First, she liked her pizza. Alot. The potato one. We both got a 10" pizza. She had the garlic dough. It was good. But the dough....didnt rise. At all. It was dense and dry. The crust flaked. Meaning it was proofed then FROZEN! I got the loaded. Beer dough. Same thing. It was thin crust. We didnt order thin crust. It was refrozen dough. Sausage slices we ok. The mushrooms were sporadic. 6 pepperonis. Yes I counted. Again, I'm picky with high expectations. Especially when you pay 33 dollars for 2 10" pizzas. The delivery showed up early. That was cool. Tipped the weird kid 5 bucks because of that. All this being said I had a roommate and friend who worked at the Scarborough location and she would always bring home whatever we wanted. It was ALWAYS good. Even after a 30 minute drive home. The two pizzas that kept me going back they took off the menu. This place is like Jimmy the Greeks. Over hyped and too expensive. The food quality is absolute garbage. Never again! Do not eat here! Unless you get hammered and have no choice! Even then, Domino's is half the cost and is at your door in 20 mins. And this is coming from a guy who doesn't...

Terrible experience from the minute we walked in!!! The hostess felt it was more important to fix the register tape, that fell on the floor, then seat us! Our beverages were brought in a timely manner, except for the beer. That took longer and unfortunately was the wrong one. Colby, our server, failed to bring us our salads until we asked for them. One salad was requested to be romaine lettuce and not spring mix. Lo and behold that salad was made with “spring mix.” Colby did not write any of our order down. We had originally made a Togo order at the time our pizza was brought to the table. So we waited after we were finished with our meal first for our check. Colby originally forgot to bring us our check. Then we asked for the other pizzas to go. As we were planning on leaving. Colby again went to check. We had originally arrived at 6:20 PM and it took 2 hours to finish our visit. Plus, Colby came out and told us our pizzas would take another 20 minutes. We asked why? We ordered our Togo pizzas at the time our meal was brought to us. He went back and said “Well they have a stack of tickets this high (he measured 4 inches with his fingers).and the pizzas are not even made up yet. It was at least 2 hours since we had been there and now we had to wait another 20 minutes. At this point we asked to speak to a manger. Colby told us that we would have to wait because the manger was busy. They were on the line cooking.He told us the manager would talk to us in a couple of minutes. At that point we got up to leave. We asked the hostess about the manager and she had the same response. It seems to be ALL the staff knew the same answer . “ The manger will be out to speak to you in a few minutes. They are busy right now. So basically there is n emphasis on taking care of the customers ,and no basic management skills were exhibited. As a small business owner the whole adventure was terrible. We will never return. This is the worst customer service we have seen in a long time and hope we don’t see it again. We realize it is difficult to find employees and they have been understaffed. If I could give 0 stars I would, I had such a terrible experience here on my birthday of all days, we went in understanding that they were down one oven which was okay, but In the end it wasn’t. We waited two hours for our food just to be compensated with frozen brownies and half off when we should have just paid for appetizers since what was all we even got in a reasonable time. We didn’t get enough plates or silverware from our server, and we had to continuously ask for things, which at first we brushed off as just busy but the restaurant itself only had two or three tables actually seated. Worst part is the entire time my family and I are waiting for our food we can see NUMEROUS and I am not talking 2 or three we are talking AT LEAST 15-20 togo orders (small ones for that matter 😡) being sent out in the THREE hours that we sat there waiting for our food that in the end we just took and left. And I get it, I also work in the food industry and I was even a server but this was such a disappointment and the whole establishment should have done better. Not once did the manager come over to check on us until we called her over and our server didn’t chat or check on us, dirty and empty stacks (because yes I stack my empty dishes to make their lives a little easier) of dishes were left at our table, we would have empty cups. We had missing food that didn’t even show up on the bill and had to wait EXTRA just for them to cook it.
