Thai Pasta — Restaurant in Biddeford

Oh my gosh..I’m so sorry to have to amend my post but after tonight’s meal I cannot justify a return visit. We went in 2 weeks ago and our meal was delicious. My Red Curry was so thick, creamy and delicious my mouth took a bath in it. My daughter’s Pineapple Fried Rice was charred with smoky deliciousness. Tonight was understandably busy and we were patiently waiting but the same dishes we had ordered previously were vastly different. My Red Curry had minimal veggies, mangled bits of chicken, limited basil and the thick creamy broth of coconut milk had been replaced with a watery curdled red liquid. I decided to save it, seeing that I had paid for it, and figured that I could stop and buy some coconut milk in the store and try to salvage it. My daughter’s Pineapple Fried Rice was missing the charred smoky tlc that had made it worth ordering last time. It took us 30 minutes after we stopped eating to get the check and the to go containers, which was the icing on the cake solidifying the fact that we would not be returning. We already travel 40 mins to come here and 40 mins home. Our time and money are valuable and unfortunately both were wasted on this trip. We can’t afford to risk another one like it. I also noticed the owner was so much nicer to everyone else and wondered what we had done to deserve her displeasure with us and our friendly, repeat, Tuesday night business.

So, what an incredibly delicious meal we had and not your average hum drum same as the rest Thai food. It has flare, it has pizazz, and the portions are generous....

Was super excited to try this place. I love drunken noodles. So when I heard a new place opened up I was excited. My meal was really dry with little flavor. Barely any sauce on the meal. So glad we tried Thai Pasta last night, after a string of not so good replacements to Bangkok kitchen we were hesitant.
