Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Big Rapids Township

3/7/24. Last post. Que Sera, Sera. Arby's seeing ya Mike ! Well, I'm back again after a few months in June 2023. Nothing changes if nothing really changes. Although green peppers 🫑 and red 🌶️ were seen on sub this time, it was the only significant change. Prices are still 30 percent too high at current menu prices for the product given. Still no Lettuce and tomato 🍅 offered and other condiments on steak sub. Not a true Philly sub. But a Gallant try. Hot, fresh, and somewhat tasty. Store was clean. Workers friendly, pleasant, and eager to make the customer feel welcome. A patron can get a grilled steak for 2 from Ruby's for that price with the plus 3 dollars added to get 2 entree s. I will check ✔️ back before the end of the year for final review. Hopefully, the Jersey boys dream will continue in Big Rapids, Mi or move on down the road from lack of sales. First I would like to just point out the staff! Joe & Noah are the ones who worked with us and had great suggestions! The other staff we interacted with were just as pleasant but those two gentlemen helped us and made the experience a great and fun one! The food, wow blown away how fresh the breads and meats were! The 42 which my husband was suggested to leave just the way it comes and was not at all disappointed, he said it was perfect the way it was. He however did get a side of pickles. I got the 13 and added grilled mushrooms and had my meat heated up! It was perfect! Loved my experience here! Only my second time coming here, but will be coming here again and recommending to others. I love that you can have a gluten free sub here, and the bread doesn’t make you feel like you’re choking from dryness of it 😂. It’s nice and they really pack on the ingredients (not just lettuce). The ingredients here are way better quality than most chain sub shops (subway, I’m looking at you.) I used to prefer jimmy johns, but the only option for gluten free they have is lettuce. I really appreciate that Jersey mikes did not do use gluten free people dirty like that.
