Love Ben and Jerry’s 🍦 They have a ton of options and it’s all delicious. My only negative about this shop is the location inside hard rock. It’s a hassle to park and get inside. I got a chocolate dipped cone with coffee and chocolate fudge brownie!!😍 It’s also expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.

Perfectly placed by the elevators on the casino floor inside of the Hard Rock. TONS of options for ice cream and toppings. The employees were super sweet with positive attitudes. You can definitely see the smile through the mask on the kid who made the BANANA SPLIT OF MY DREAMS. Worth every penny.

One of our last family things to do on our trip was to go get ice cream in the Hard Rock at Ben & Jerry's. Its always so good! My tastes are simple. Just got 1 scoop of Vanillia Bean but boy was it so perfect! Its always great to go back here when I am on vacation!

Just to clear the air, I would NEVER give this place 1 star on an average day. It forced me to give 1 star In order to absolutely slander this “chain.” Out of vanilla ice cream, out of cookies and cream, and out of penicillin shots which I was in DESPERATE need of after dealing with this TERRIBLE staff. I do not recommend this place to anyone and a friend of mine had ciggerette ashes in his milkshake. Be safe out there guys....

It's usually packed and the couple of times I did get ice cream 🍦 it started melting before I got to the vehicle downstairs. The shakes are not all that to me. My husband says I am too picky. He doesn't like it at all. Anyone working in the food industry should have to wear gloves and sanitize the equipment, area, and hands between customers. I have OCD from being in the Army and cleanliness...

Unprofessional, rude kids working the counter. Visited on 2/22 around 7pm and waited around while both females working were in the back, nowhere to be seen. When they finally acknowledge that there’s customers, I’m met with terrible customer service. I asked why the ice cream looked melted and one of them replied “cuz it is” and starts laughing.I just walked away and didn’t even...
