​"If you're near Biloxi and looking for some seriously good chicken, you have to check this ppace out! I went for lunch and dined in, and it was a great, laid-back experience. ​I ordered the chicken strips with the Burnin' Ring of Fire sauce and cheddar mac, and let me tell you, those strips were perfect—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Burnin' Ring of Fire sauce lived up to its name, bringing a serious kick of heat that was almost overwhelming, but a real treat for a spice lover. The cheddar mac was too creamy for my liking, but the flavor was delicious. ​My wife had the O.G. sandwich with Nashville Hot sauce, which she absolutely loved. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the heat level was just right—a great balance of spice and flavor. We were a little disappointed they were out of the potato salad, but we look forward to trying it on our next visit! ​The restaurant itself has a fun, lively atmosphere with a cool chicken and music theme (no, not chicken music!) The staff was attentive and helpful without being intrusive. While the price was high, we will be back but not make it a regular stop on our dining out list. ​I would highly recommend Rip'n Chicken, especially for a small group or a couple. (Is the kind of chef I am I know how they made it and what ingredients they used they did perfection to their chicken) (One of the best chicken tenders that had a slight taste of the brine they used to make the chicken melt in your mouth.) (I almost want to say that used seasonings of something similar to rotisserie chicken as a brine?) in the picture I got (one hot tender plate, with Nashville hot.) and in the picture that's what you see I had a side of mac and cheese a side of the buttermilk ranch and the other side was a coleslaw. The first day we heard about them we went and they sold out of chicken for the day. So I thought, must be pretty good if that happened before dinner time. We vowed to come back the following week after talking to the owner who proved to be a super nice down to earth guy. I can not emphasize how good and genuine this chicken is. I have not been able to find any REAL Nashville hot chicken outside of Nashville until Rip N Hot chicken came into my life.
