Arby's — Restaurant in Birch Run Township

This was probably an anomaly but none the less, nothing was addressed. The paper towel dispenser in the bathroom was empty, the condement dispenser was completely empty & broken, the ice machine was empty for the self serve drinks & the guy behind the counter was moving at 2 speeds, slow and stop. Damn... It was almost as if he was stoned and didn't know what to do. It took him 10 minutes to get the 2 customers completed ahead of us and another 10 minutes to complete the order we had... (take the order, make change and help with getting the order to the counter). He didn't move from his leaning position against the counter for 20 minutes! When the issues were brought to the attention of the staff, we got a shoulder shrug and a look of "what do you want me to do" like a deer in the headlights. Come on, you can do better... Figure it out and correct the issues starting with...

I was driving downstate late on Sunday (9-11) and pulled off to get something to eat, and was happy to see that Arby's was open. I thought I was gonna get stuck eating at McDonald's, which I wasn't looking forward to. I'm not gonna lie, I didn't expect much being that it was so late. Kinda counted on dry food and dry service, but to my surprise, I honestly had the best experience I've ever had from a fast food joint. The food was hot and made well. The service was way above any standard I had in my mind. The young man at the window was so incredibly polite. I went two times since the dining room opened, and was very disappointed is the food preparation and disorganized and non friendly service. Your costs are high and I would expect he food would be quality to much that premium price. Cold and stale buns on a $10 beef and Cheddar!!! I worked at Arby's as a Teen, the quality and taste has gone very bad. Please take pride in your past and success of the past. This lack of quality is a failing business plan and should make the founder very upset....
