It was our first time here. Ice cream was good and a cool environment. Ranked 3 stars due to the service by the one older lady employee. She was not friendly and very rough around the edges. Very short and snappy with everyone. We asked some questions and she was visably annoyed by us. Gave us a very short answer then adds on "this is not dairy queen" then she shouts "I CAN HELP NEXT IN LINE WHILE THEY LOOK"

We were shocked at this. Service is everything when you go places and her service was awful. Then wife ordered the wrong item on accident (we already paid) and she quickly asks to change her order (to something cheaper mind you) and the nicer employee said no problem. But yet you could here the rude employee raising her voice to them saying we couldn't change order after paying. I did not ask for price adjustment because this lady was so rude I wanted to leave ASAP. She really ruined the vibe.

Also a young man asked for a cup of water- she snaps at him "only bottled water" then shuts the window.

Any other ice cream shop like this that I have been too have been very friendly and attentive and patient. This lady was the exact opposite. We saw a sign saying "mother daughter for 25 years" and I don't know who serviced us- but she left an awful experience with us. Hope they can get her to be better. Will not come back to support such poor attitude when you can get same ice cream and better...

My family and i always go here but one time we went my daughter got a one scoop in a cup i asked for lucky charms to be added on top the lady said okay a dollar the next window the other lady got mad and said just so you know we will never do this again for a kid cup i said but i paid for it she said i don’t care, so i okay walked away and my daughter ate every scoop, i said i wasn’t going to go back well we decided to give it another chance today and we all got our ice cream and the first bite i got a big piece of hair in my brownie so i simply go to the window whisper quiet so other guest couldn’t hear me the lady gets mad and throws my ice cream in the trash and tells me i need to wait until she serves the others waiting before making my ice cream to eat with my family, this was always our go to spot and would all meet up with the bikes but now they are losing a lot of...
