Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Birmingham

I placed an online order and paid my total including a tip. My pizza was delivered but not my wings. I called the store 5 mins after the driver left and let the store know that my wings was missing. The manager, Chris told me that he driver forgot the wings and will bring them back and to give them 10mins. I waited 20mins and called back, the manager then said to give them 15 mins because the wings had to cook. A full hour went by before I got my wings. My pizza was delivered at 5:50 and I did not receive my wings until 6:54. The wings was dry and cold. I called the store back to ask for the general manager information and the employee told me that he could not give out that information and hung the phone up in my face. The employees and the manager was very rude even the driver who delivered the food. I will never order from this store again and this was the worst food experience I have had. My first order from this store was not good. My food was cold. The driver presented it to me with the box almost open and not in a warmer. The next day I called the store and requested a refund. I've not received it yet so I asked about the refund and the person I spoke with couldn't tell me anything as he couldn't access any orders from the day before. I had a free pizza coupon on my app but couldn't use it so I called the 800 number and that was no help at all. I decided to give them another chance so I'm paying for another pizza tonight to see what happens. I believe in giving second chances, however, I still need my other issues resolved. On May 7th, 2022 I made an order of 20 pizzas to be delivered to my residence for an event. Right away, I experienced rude customer service and a bit of hostility due to the quantity of pizzas being ordered. The manager working that night even flipped me off when I went back into the store to report the disgusting quality of food that was delivered to me which was a pizza with a whole footprint on it, several uncut and burned pizzas. To top it off, the manager also racially profiled me and said, “you’re just a typical Mexican buying our medium two toppings pizza”.
