I'm done, I will never go back to this Jersey Mike's. The service is garbage. They don't listen. They don't make it right. It's staggering how inept you can be. And I've worked in a much busier sub shop as a kid then Jersey Mike's will ever be.
The guys trying to make mine and another guys at the same time. He asks me what I want on my sub. Super simple.. Mayonnaise lettuce tomato oil and oregano. Starts sloshing vinegar in the guys next to me and goes right over to mine.. starts dumping vinegar on it. I tell him oil only and he starts to argue with me about what I said. I repest. I only want oil and oregano.. So he puts that down. Grabs the salt for the guys next to me dumps it on the guys and then starts dumping salt on mine. Didn't say a word. Just never going back to that particular jersey Mike's. It's not the first bad experience with them and I NEVER have issues at other ones. Just here and I'm done. The person greeting / taking orders (around 6:30 tonight) from customers was wearing her pink and leopard print mask around her chin. Not covering her mouth or nose and all while talking to customers and SLICING THE MEAT FOR OUR SANDWICHES!! While this concern should be forwarded to the governing body that actually enforces the health code and current guidelines, it doesn't seem fair to the franchisee. They shouldn't get punished without at least being informed and given a chance to fix the situation.
Normally I would have called the number or emailed that address on the receipt but mine was crumbled up and immediately thrown out before I was even given a chance to ask for it. Called store to report a food issue and all the employee kept saying was call door dash for a refund when I wasn’t calling for a refund just to let them know that someone needs to put a hair net on because had they been wearing one there wouldn’t be a hair on my food, again I was told to contact DoorDash for a refund at which point I told the employee that maybe it was their hair so I’ll call back at a later time for a manager but that seems pointless. I called this store earlier to ask for lettuce and tomato to be added to that same Philly because Uber Eats (who I actually ordered from) didn’t allow modifications on the app, the earlier employee was just as rude and aloof as the second one I spoke to.
