I have had 2 bad experiences in 2 weeks. The first on 3/3/20, I ordered one sandwich for delivery to my office, less than a mile away from the store, and it took 45 minutes to arrive. I asked the delivery person what took so long and he just shrugged, said "I don't know" and left. My sandwich was correct but there were no napkins, which I requested, no straw for my drink and no Kickin Ranch as ordered (and paid for). The sandwich was sub-par; there was only 2 pieces of meat. I tried to call the store repeatedly to find out where my order was but the phone rang off the hook and no one ever answered. I went on the website, filled out the feedback and got a confirmation email of my complaint. It said I would be contacted by customer service. A few days later, in the mail, I received a $10.00 gift card in a pre-printed card that said please give us another chance. No explanation, no apology, no nothing. I was very disappointed in the customer service but today, 3/12/20, I decided to give them another chance. I again ordered 1 sandwich to be delivered to my office. It took 40 minutes this time! I just ordered a simple sandwich with ranch on the side. Told them where to go and what to do. I ordered it before my hour lunch. Didn't get it until AFTER my lunch was over. And it wasn't even left at my door and it was just on the floor. And I only know because my coworker found it and brought it to me.
Anyway before I submitted my order I saw how cheap it was and put a $3 tip (not a huge deal but the max they gave with the percentages was $1.88). After they didn't follow the instructions and left it on the floor I want my tip back because I gave it for my food to not be shoe chow.
I called and actually talked to the lady who brought my food. She ended up hanging up on me! I called back and got her again. She reluctantly seeming said that she would refund that money. And I'll be waiting for it back. I have no shame in calling back either!
Update: it seemed to be a mistake, I got my money back, and she apologized. I typed this before I tried the food but the food was actually very good. Hopefully my next experience is better. I may just order from them again. Still only 3 because she still hung...
Read moreThe people are fantastic. I love the sandwiches and I eat one almost weekly it’s so fast and convenient. I usually order a sweet tea but for the past few months it hasn’t been available due to the machine being broken. I’m unsure how this is still an issue… the staff has been amazing calling to ask my alternate drink but it’s very frustrating for me and I’m sure them to have to take the extra time to call each customer to see what the other option would be… I have to say the delivery people know me at this point so they have been amazing when I am unable to answer to use my last choice because they remember me so well… might say something for me… I have had a few occasions I’ve ordered from another establishment because I knew there was no tea available though so I encourage management to FIX THE TEA MACHINE!
