As I do a bit of door dash during my off season in the winter, I had an order to pick up at this location yesterday. As I approached the door at roughly 4pm, the door was locked. After a few min of confusion at the front door, an employee finally came to the door, quickly opened the door to state quite rudely that "you got door dash? Cancel the order, we can't do it, we ain't got dough"and proceeded to shut the door on me. A little Caesars Pizza location at 4pm on a Saturday didn't have dough? As I called customer service, I had to tell 3 others as they walked up to the door to not waste their time and when telling all 3 the reason, they all gave the same response I did.....a confused look, a raised eyebrow or two and then a miffed chuckle as they walked back to their cars. Funny enough that later last night, I ended up having to order my daughter and her friend a quick pizza from the Berkeley location and after ordering my pizza at 8:55 and getting the confirmation email at 9:22 that it was done, I ended up at the drive thru at 9:28. After paying at the drive thru, I then sat there another ten min while watching the employees open every box frantically and clearly looking for my order. I was finally asked to pull off and that it only needed one more min annnnd i actually ended up waiting another ten as I was pulled off to the side. When I finally got it home at 9:50, it was so obviously a previously made hot and ready pizza that they threw extra toppings on the fly, tried to quickly make it and then gave to me since I had ordered the extra most bestest and not a plain hot and ready. It was disgusting. It was well done due to the double baking and rock hard and the toppings clearly baked at different times since some pepperoni were almost burnt and some barely cooked so I find it funny that two different locations were this unprofessional in one day. This is exactly why I stopped ordering this garbage fast food pizza but thought it had been enough time that had passed that they should be able to get the easy task done properly and I was clearly wrong. Read moreI've never had an issue from this location, never. But May 14th at 6:15 my visit was a disaster! I walked in and was never greeted. It took about 10m before I was ever acknowledged. She slowly walked up and said what can I get you. One customer was already in there when I entered the establishment. He said he's been there almost an hour waiting for his order. Place was dysfunctional tobsay the least. Staff could be heard bickering in the back amongst themselves. I never saw the loudest one but I assume she's the manager. Just barking orders loudly. Very unpleasant & unprofessional manager. Staff seemed very disinterested. Especially the heavy set young lady that took my order. Everyone is dragging their feet and taking their time. No sense of urgency from anyone. The pizza was cooked and made terribly. Pizza was taken out of the oven, boxed, and ready to go just sitting there. Then someone finally decided to hand some orders out to the people that are waiting in the front. A door dash guy came in later. They didn't even care that they didn't have his order made & ready. He spent 15m saying he had his order here at this location to pick up. They told him no we dont have that order here and youre basically out of luck. Didnt try to help the guy at all. They just sent him away basically. One teenage girl walked in then left right back out about 10m later. Right before she left, she made a call saying I'm in here and no one came to the front to acknowledge me so I'm leaving. The thing is, I've been coming here for about 7 years now. Read moreHello everyone my name is Jina. Please don't order from this store. The pizza that I had ordered was to moist, greasy, nasty and doughy. The cheese was not fully cooked nor the pizza. Top that off there was a roach in my pizza. I talked to Emma who claims to be the manager and Ella R. the worker who happens to be my cashier they told me to bring the pizza back up to the store for them to look at it to order for them to remake my pizza. I went up there with my client whom I am a caregiver to he stated that it made him sick. I asked for them to give me a hot and ready pizza or remake my pizza over and have it fully cooked and brown they told me no! I couldn't even get my money back and when I called customer service they were close. Ella stated to me that the pizza would have been ready in 10 to 15 minutes and the manager gave my client the undone pizza in 3 minutes. As I got home my client took a bite out of his second pizza and noticed a roach! Unbelievable! As customer service if our pizza is something wrong with it , it is the manager job or worker job to remake a better one for the customer especially when I paid $22.51 for my client to eat for lunch.
