This location struggles with online orders. Of the handful of times I’ve picked up from here, they’ve never ONCE gotten my order right. I honestly think they just throw whatever they want in the online orders.
Today was unfortunately my final straw with this location. I placed my order 45 mins in advance as I was headed right to work after pickup. I arrive and my order doesn’t have a single correct ingredient in it besides my protein. I tell a very kind employee (shoutout to the crew here they are very sweet) and express I’m in a rush and she goes to get the manager. The manager takes her sweet time, and once we’re face to face and I express, “I can tell you everything that was in it and we can remake it super quick right now” all she says is “I don’t know what was in it” (????? Okay ???) and proceeds to spend another couple of minutes looking up my order in both the print out tickets, and the online database. Right. Cool. Not sure if this location has multiple managers but this specific lady is middle aged with tattooed on brows. At this point I’ve been in the store for over 5 mins. She, once again, takes her time remaking it, and hands it to me with no kindness, no apology, no hint of any customer service whatsoever. I express to her that this happens frequently at this location and she literally acted like she couldn’t care if someone paid her to (oh wait.. they do..). I’m walking out of the store, almost 10 minutes after I walked in, and I hear a monotonous and backhanded “my apologizes” as my back is turned and I’m literally opening the door on my way out.
I want to say, I have worked customer service before. Both retail and food service, I know for a fact that I’m a nice person to the people who serve me, especially when my order gets messed up. I understand things happen, but this interaction was completely and totally unacceptable. Especially when you are ordering 45 minutes in advance and pay almost $20 for a salad. I will never return to this location. The fact that sweetgreen allows a manager to run a store that makes the same mistakes over and over with no correction speaks for itself. And for that same manager, who is responsible for ensuring the smoothness of store operations, to act like a customer with a messed up order is the biggest inconvenience in the world is just wrong.
Last but not least. I went to eat my salad and that $20 paid for 80% kale and 20% everything else. It can only be inferred that this was intentional and retaliatory....

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered their Miso Glazed Salmon Bowl and what I received was a sad, half-hearted version of the advertised meal. Let’s break it down:
Rice? What rice? The base of the bowl was supposed to include rice, yet I received maybe two tablespoons of it—barely enough to notice, let alone call it a “base.”
Salmon? More like disappointment. The salmon was plain—no glaze, no seasoning, not even a pinch of salt. It was also nowhere near the advertised portion. For a bowl that lists 290 calories of salmon (about 5 oz), I received barely 3 oz. False advertising at its finest.
Sweet Potatoes, Salmon & Rice? Stone Cold. Both were freezing cold, as if they’d been sitting in a fridge for hours. Not appetizing at all.
Spring Mix Overload. Why was my bowl drowning in spring mix? The ingredients list clearly says the base includes rice, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Yet, somehow, the spring mix took over like an unwelcome guest.
To add insult to injury, this sad excuse for a “balanced meal” cost me $17. For that price, I expect a bowl that looks somewhat like the picture they advertise—not a sloppy, unbalanced, under-seasoned pile of ingredients.
This is borderline theft. Charging customers premium prices and serving them portions that aren’t even close to what was promised is unacceptable. Sweetgreen, you need to do better. Until then, I’ll be taking my money (and...
Read moreI visited the store for the first time to pick up an order for door dash. It’s two racks soon as you walk in. One say pick ups one says mobile orders. The pickup side is filled with orders in alphabetical order. The Mobile pick up side was completely empty. So I looked at the names to see if one was my order. In which an employee walked up and asked (are you looking for something sir) I then told him. He then turns around grab my order (noticeably irritated) and just passed it too me. As if I should know they were holding orders behind the counter although the sign that they have says it’ll be on the rack. See how confusing that is. I offered my apologies but he handed me the bag and walked off without saying anything. I know restaurants work is hard. But I didn’t see the same thing with other dashers picking up orders. The franchise or store owner came up with the decision to have the two racks to help the flow of traffic. But what’s the point if you’re going to hold all the mobile pick up orders behind the counter. And especially if it’s going to upset an employee seeing an customer looking at receipts then maybe a sign will be helpful. I visited the store February 7th @ 11:50 and it was an older gentlemen with glasses. I must definitely felt...
