The young lady that works the 2 to 10 shift which is a totally normal shift she says lol was amazing it was just about closing time and she said she was technically closed but the offered me to make me one drink before I even told her it was my birthday which was just great customer service and her disposition is amazing on fair to say the next morning I need a little hair of the dog and came in and she made me the best bloody Mary and a few amazing white Russians and the conversation was good she sold us some grilled cheese sandwiches that they make there that are out of this world there’s a special pickle relish on them that just elevate it so much and it was just a pleasure to be in that establishment with such cool people but the vibe is created by the Bartender and she definitely deserves a raise she is the whole reason I came back to the bar the next day I had a great time thank you so much for making my birthday a memorable one and I will see you again for one of those totally normal 2 to...

This is my favorite bar in Bisbee. There's great lighting, it's clean and open and the vibe is light hearted, comfortable, and friendly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the gulch. I went during the day and had a bodacious bearded bartender named Kenny. I asked if he could make me a margarita. He made some tequila suggestions and even let me sip some to try before he made the drink! I didn't end up liking them (I don't really do alcohol) and he offered to make me a virgin margarita. DUDE, it was amazing! He fresh squeezed lemons, limes, and an orange right there in front of me -- no funky mixers. He also made me laugh and was good to my girlfriends I was with. Excellent bar!!!! Delicious holiday cocktails & drinks made by & served by Dash! Was such an awesome way to end Christmas night 2023 with a couple of nightcaps.
