We went to see a friend perform. Drinks are strong and expensive the food was expensive and cold, the restaurant closes at 7pm $19 for sandwiches or hamburgers. Older local crowd that are heavy drinkers, the place closes early by 12 am, and is small. The staff is friendly, for the most part. No stage, and no sound system. Our friend was the highlight of the three times we went here, would never go back if she didn't play!!! The crowd that comes and goes are drunk and high. Very dirty and needs to be touched up!!!

Breakfast was average. Definitely not bad, but not wow either. šŸ³ Coffee was served hot and definitely hit the spot. ā˜•ļø 3/5 āļøs Food was simple. The servers are difficult to find and have little interest in being attentive. Maybe a different spot for breakfast, but a great place to have a draft beer šŸŗ from a local brewery šŸ‘Œ The Copper Queen is a stunner 🤩 so, definitely worth a visit. Also, haunted šŸ‘» so that is worth it right there for sure!

It's such a beautiful building. They serve drafts from a lot of the local breweries in bisbee. The building was built in the early 1900s, and local legend states it's haunted. The Victorian architecture is quite an eye catcher. The food was, ehh, the service was also ehh. The rap music coming from the kitchen was discouraging, but nonetheless, it was worth the visit. Will definitely be back again.

I really fought myself with leaving a review, because I am not one to ever leave a negative review… that said, I have been angry since last night and feel the need to leave some feedback.

Our bill was $96 before gratuity. My husband ordered the steak, and by all accounts he was quite happy with his steak. Granted, he commits a cardinal sin and orders it well done but that’s on him. He did not touch the asparagus but that’s usual. He was happy with how the steak came out and he appreciated a male server who came to ask him to cut into the steak upon placing it in front of him to ensure it was cooked to his liking. He felt that was a great touch of service.

I ordered the caprese salad. I regret not taking a photo because it was very sad looking, and it tasted even worse. It came on a huge plate, and looked like the portion could feed the whole table, which is nice, right? Not when it tastes awful… I was so hungry that day after walking quite a bit and waiting for a nice meal. Unfortunately, I discovered the tomatoes had no flavor, it was as if they had gone to a Safeway and gotten out of season mass produced large steak tomatoes and cut them up real thick. They didn’t dry off the slices, so all the liquid ran to the base of the place and caused a soggy nasty mess as it mixed with the cheap tasting balsamic sauce and basil. The basil leaves were somehow flavorless, which really surprised me. They had five dime sized small balls of mozzarella, which tasted like nothing special, but I felt there could have been more on the plate. I ate as much as I could because I knew I needed food in my stomach and we had plans following dinner. It was not good. I was sad. I had also ordered a side of fries to get some more flavor and UGH the fries were gross! They were thick cut and raw in the middle and it looked and tasted like they used old oil to cook them in. Our dinner guest ended up eating them as his dinner came SUPER late so I didn’t bother saying anything negative or sending them back. He said they tasted bad but he was equally starving as he waited for his delayed meal.

Wait times: we arrived at 5:15 and didn’t get our food until about 6:30. Hence my hunger and motivation to eat despite it not tasting good.

My other biggest complaint: the AC was insane!!! These two wall units were set to 61 degrees and it was FREEZING inside. We asked for it to be turned up a little and the waitress wasn’t able to get it working to adjust it, which is 100% not her fault.

Our waitress was kind and seemed to be the only one working for the majority of the night serving the whole dining area. She was lovely and attentive and I appreciate her. I know none of this is her fault. I did overhear her breaking bad news to several tables regarding issues with their orders or running out of ingredients. Again, not her fault.

My biggest gripe is, the quality of food was similar to a chain diner like Dennys. I would not have paid more than $25 for our whole meal and drink with how lack luster and sad it tasted. The steak was not worth $55, and my fries and caprese were gross and flavorless. I wish I had said something in the moment to send it back but I was exhausted and hungry and we had a friend join us.

I had high expectations of this place from other reviews and was so disappointed with our experience. I don’t know what’s going on, perhaps economic hardships or lack of available ingredients or staff, but this was not okay. I’ve heard similar things from locals, which I regret not asking ahead of time as I would have gone elsewhere. I hope the restaurant can make changes as it is in a great hotel. I would love to see them do better. Again, staff were friendly but the actual food and physical environment was not good. Hopefully this is a temporary thing and perhaps in the future we...

I never leave reviews and I’m a very patient person, but this one got to me. Me and my girlfriend walked in on a Saturday evening and were informed there might be a short wait. With only two other tables seated, we didn’t expect to wait long—that’s on us. Lesson learned.

We ordered drinks and a salad to share, which came out relatively quickly. However, we overheard another table’s order had issues, and as time dragged on (over an hour and a half), we debated leaving. Drinks and water sat empty for 20 minutes before the server returned, finally refilling waters and reassuring us that our food would be out soon.

When the food arrived 20–30 minutes later, it was disappointing—overcooked steaks and bland flavors. At this point, we were too hungry to complain and tried to salvage it with salt and pepper, though the shakers barely worked. By the time our drinks were finally refilled, we were nearly done eating, and no new tables had been seated since we arrived around 5:30 pm. It was close to 7:30 pm when we finished.

Hoping to end on a better note, we ordered dessert to go. They didn’t have chocolate options, so we settled for cheesecake with chocolate syrup. The slice was small, overpriced, and came with no plastic utensils. The server kindly gave us metal utensils, likely sensing our frustration.

While the server was friendly and seemed to care, the overall experience lacked quality service and food. At $200, we expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, this was far from worth it. The only good thing was the architecture/style...

Well I guess I Ishould have read the reviews before we went. The next clue should have been the almost empty dinning room. Our waitress informed us when we were looking at the menu that several items were not available. The first was why I came to this restaurant the bacon cover scallops. the second was why my husband wanted to eat here and that was pizza no pizzas. Due to the fact that we were very tired we decided to stay and find something we wanted. Dinner was fine until my husband wanted a piece of cake. She was happy get that for him she said along with a refill on his drink. Well…after about 10-15 min no cake and no refill. We asked another waiter and he ended up getting it for us making excuses for the waitress. About 15 min after the cake was ordered a large group came in it was obvious that they we coming because they was busy getting the table ready while we ate. At that time was when we asked the other waiter to get the cake and drink and our bill so we wouldn’t get stuck waiting to pay. Luckily he was accommodating. We were able to finally leave while she was taking the order of the large group. We won’t be back with the combination of things that went wrong we won’t take...
