Absolutely LOVE the vibe of this shop. Something yesterday told me to go inside (with my 5 year old and husband) and I won't ever visit Bisbee without stopping there. Robert the owner was welcoming and just such a vibrant person! Even if balsamic and oil isn't your thing stop in, you won't regret it! He has a great selection of balsamic and oils, (and some sweet vinyls) and he has vast knowledge of pairings and flavors just right for each person. First time to Bisbee, and I am so glad we stopped here! The owner is so awesome, quite funny and very personable!! This place had a great vibe and made ya just kinda want to be there.. We could have stayed there for hours. We bought several olive oils and they are amazing, BUT the balsamic vinegars are to die for! I've never seen anything quite like this selection of olive oils before (and my partner is Greek, so that's saying something!).
