Arby's — Restaurant in Bismarck

Very disappointing, every time I go to this Arby's, it's unclean the tables and seats are dirty, floor is filthy, and the service more often than not is absolutely lousy. My wife and I stopped by just this evening, the employees were goofing off, they lost my order, and the attitude and service from that point on withered even more. The manager on duty was rude and very disrespectful. This will be the last time I go to this Arby's. The Arby's by the south Wal Mart has always been exceptional! I will drive across the city to eat there. Never again at the north one. And I will spread my displeasure to many people as I am in sales and meet hundreds of locals every day! This is my first rant ever so you can see that my experience here was indeed the poorest I have ever had. I feel for the franchise owner of this Arby's. ...

Drive Thru for dinner. The food was fine, but I over heard the car before me had a $57.00 in front of me, so I figured I would have to wait, and I did. Then I had to wait again for my order as they had to put more fries down.

The customer service was gray. No, How may I help you? No, Thank You when I paid. In fact, when I was told the $ amount is was just "$9.60" not rude, just curt. No smiles, nothing just gray. It's really sad that these people can't put aside their ego and simply be nice and professional. Don't you have a manual that says what to say like, Thank you for choosing Arby's. How may I help you. Instead of "Order when your ready" How about trying, Thank you for waiting or even sorry for the wait. Just enough to be close to snotty....

Edited to add: They fixed the issue when I went into the store and explained what happened. My issue is that it never should have happened from the start.

Went through the drive thru. THREE times we asked for 3 number 10s, medium, WITH CHEDDAR. The first time, the order was repeated back as just plain roast beef sandwiches, no fries or drinks. The second time, it was repeated back as the wrong size AND sandwich, but finally the third time it was repeated back correctly. BUT when we got it, none of them had cheddar!
