Sporadic, unreliable hours of business..website says open.nope.again closed yesterday and today an sign on door that you have to walk up to says dec 9 th...sign at drive through you can't read cause you can't get up to it .corned off which has been done during regular business hours so if your sitting there waiting for cones to be moved for 6 am opening you will be there all day! THE CARIBOU UP NORTH! Read moreService is so ridiculously slow. I stopped going here forever a bit because I'd wait at the register for 3 minutes before someone would come over to take my order. Ordering a coffee became a 10 minute ordeal. And there was nobody else inside ordering.
Due to the traffic at Starbucks I stopped here and went thru the drive thru with one car in front of me. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. The whole process took over 10 minutes. I understand that they were short staffed and to the workers there thank you for doing your best.... But this is unacceptable from management. It is clear you are slow on a daily basis. Read moreThe coffee is bland and tastes watered down. You would think a dark chocolate iced mocha would have some nice rich chocolate flavor to it, but it's just....Meh. I've also tried the milk chocolate iced mocha and same thing - bland and watered down tasting. Can't really tell there is chocolate in it. Maybe I just need to ask for extra chocolate? I will say, outside of Starbucks, Caribou is the only coffee that doesn't taste completely burnt. We just moved here from Spokane WA, and have had one heck of a time finding comparable coffee (we've been to just about every coffee place here).
