Subway — Restaurant in Bismarck

After they fired Jason and some other employees, they store turned into a circus. The employees they hired don't care about you, the food or the store. It's unwelcoming, the food tastes terrible now, the store is always so dirty. They play loud obnoxious music. They roll their eyes and complain that they aren't supposed to be on the clock. They always close early since there's barley an my employees. They FIRED the BEST people who were working there and hired ANYBODY. You'll go in there and watch them destroy your food. Your food will be messy and uncooked. Bread will be burnt. The station where they create the sandwich Infront of you will be a disaster. Condiments, meat, crumbs, anything will be all over. I had a highly disappointing experience at this Subway location today. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I greeted the employee, but was ignored. When I provided my name, the employee responded in an abrupt and rude manner, carelessly tossing my churros into the bag and pushing it towards me with no courtesy. He then placed my drink on the counter in a similarly dismissive way.

When I arrived home, I discovered the churros were hard and inedible. Furthermore, my sandwich had an excessive amount of Parmesan cheese, making it unappetizing and difficult to eat.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at this location, and I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the food quality. Based on this, I am reconsidering whether I will return...

I ordered online tonight. I hadn’t eaten all day and really needed something to eat. I got there exactly when they said the order would be ready and when I got home, I tasted soggy eggs that were mushy like mashed potatoes. I don’t know about this subway but this is genuinely the first time I’ve ever had a bad subway sandwich. Not only the eggs but the bread was doughy, the sandwich was like they threw things in a bag. Poor experience is what I have to say. I would love my money back after throwing essentially $10 away to get potentially food poisoning. Will update if I get food poisoning
