CVS — Local services in Bismarck

SOUTH LOCATION = 🙂 NORTH LOCATION = 🤬 I would just like to say thank you to the staff and management of this particular CVS location. I was told by the manager at the north location that they did not accept returns. This did not sit well with me because I had already been told by the store in Fargo that I would be able to return any beauty items that I did not like. Three out of the four beauty items were unused and still in unopened packages, however, the rude manager at the North CVS location, not only refused to return my items - he BANNED me from the store!!! I was literally holding back tears as I walked in to the store on 3rd Street to return $50 worth of the $220 of beauty items I had purchased a few weeks ago while visiting Fargo. I do not like to make a habit of returning items and I definitely will not be returning any items to CVS in the future. It's unfortunate that the manager at the North store had a wedgie of the soul that day, but I was grateful to be greeted with smiles and awesome customer service...

Worst ever. For a ride there to load money on a debit card. Lady working screws up the transaction. Trys again (I've done this s million times from both sides the counter) i tell her what she does wrong (doesn't even scan my card this time) calls the manager up (a total Karen, she bought her own wedding ring) who gets the worker even more flustered and she messes up again. Instead of doing anything manager says "system's are down" as the register next to me is working just fine people checking out NO PROBLEM. I tell her ma'am, this is my only ride home i got a ride here from west mandan, and that's the truth (Nothing takes cash anymore). She doesn't care whatsoever, there not going to be ANY attempt her, God job at training right there. Her cheesecake in the office is rising in temp by the second, were done here. Makes me...

Had a prescription sent in from out of state and for 2 days the pharmacy denied receiving it. Finally had my doctor call it in for the pharmacy. Upon arrival I see multiple people working at the pharmacy with bags of disorganized scripts laying in a pile, with some spread about the floor at the techs feet as they walked through the bags. While watching more bags fell in the floor as they looked at them and continued on with what they were doing. On top of that I had to wait, even though my prescription had been sent to them and verified hours ago. Disorganized, messy, a complete cluster. Where’s Walgreens at? I will never have a script fill up here. Amazingly bad. Find someplace else if you are able. I feel bad for the people of Bismarck who have to deal with this when sick or...
