Wow. Just wow. This restaurant is a masterpiece. Chic fil a memorial is the best of the chicken restaurants out there; heck, I have more enjoyment in this place than eating real chicken at my local Louisiana themed chicken establishment.
You can tell the the managers spent a lot of time optimizing the experience for all types and sizes of customers. Here are some examples of what I am talking about: You only need to call over one of the kind workers, my favorite is this little QT called Kenrick The workers auto run up to your car to take your order Driving through is simple, and you can go in whichever lane is shortest There are tons of settings to adjust things, including ingredients and ice amounts Depending on your settings, you can make it to where you only have to pick it up through the drive through (Hope Kendrick is working there) The actual taste of the chicken feels very tasty and consistent. As one who ate terrible chicken in high school, I can't complain about how the sandwich tastes at all. It is dare I say, perfect.
With that in mind, the app is simple enough that my 5 year old nephew was able to figure it out after a few orders.
Restaurant design is brilliant and immersive, not to dirty or difficult, plenty of fun and beautiful eyes to get lost in. Furthermore, the local community is nice; the first person i ordered with was a ginger who knew the restaurant like the back of his hand, he literally taught me everything i need to know about every single function
There are exclusive points on every order, lots of savings!
To conclude, this is a wonderful restaurant priced quite low for what i normally expect out of quality food. Worth the $15 - a steal if on you get it with points. What are you waiting for? Buy some! Better to spend money for multiple people (through catering), infinite points, in a unique restaurant experience with the comforts of your home, rather than going to your local KFC restaurant for $10 per person...
Read moreI dropped by this morning for breakfast since work was on the way. The line was so long, but I still waited. The girl taking my order was very rude and I felt rushed to place my order, even though I told her I needed a minute. Her tone changed after and she seemed to be very annoyed with me which made me uncomfortable. When I finally got to the window, I looked over to see what she looked like and she had big glasses and a red sweater. She was the one who had me waiting on an order a couple of weeks ago because she was on her phone, but she had looked over and saw me staring then looked back at her phone as if I wasn’t there. Someone else ended up bringing it to me. I have no clue how long it had been ready for. Anyway, I got my food after 4-5 minutes, which was strange because I only had a 4 count of the chicken minis. I continued to sit there for an additional 5 minutes waiting for my iced coffee. Nobody asked me what I was waiting for either. Another girl in a gray shirt came up to ask what I needed and as soon as I told her, she walked up to that girl with the glasses and asked her for the drink, but she just ignored her and put her hand up as if dismissing her. She ended up making it for me and gave me a coupon and I left. I understand school is back, but it seemed like they were a little under staffed. I think I’ll take a break from this ChickFilA until they can get...
Read moreThis location is hit and miss but mostly miss. We’ve gotten fries that could barely be chewed up they were so over fried and hard, definitely not enjoyable. There is 0 quality control, sometimes you get a nice piece of chicken fillet on your sandwich and sometimes it’s so tiny and thin there is no juice left in the chicken it’s dry and overcooked. I absolutely hate that they don’t trim off the tendon/grisley piece of connective tissue on the chicken breast, having a bite of that makes my stomach churn. Yesterday I got a 4 piece chicken strip since the fillets are so unpredictable as soon as I opened the box when I got home they are all skinny crunchy shriveled up pieces of chicken…they were dry and hard. Not the soft pieces of chicken it used to be. Not ok for an $13 meal. My family chose McDonald’s over CFA and even though I hadn’t eaten it in years their food looked better than my chick fil a! Same goes for the nuggets when I order that for my girls, sometimes they are great juicy well cooked pieces and sometimes they are hard and dry. Someone needs to retrain cooks here! Even though this is the most convenient location for us and has been since they’ve opened years ago we won’t be going there anymore. When spending over $60 to feed my family I’ll definitely pick a different place on chicken row...
