Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bixby

I've called two different times to place an order and evidently whoever is answering the phone the first time was the lady the second time was a guy and neither one of them knew what if there was any specials or how much anything was and what kind of pizzas I could get I just don't understand that. Not understanding why they would let someone answer the phone they didn't know anything about their specials or about their pizzas.

on 09-16-24 3rd attempt to get pizza I ORDERED on line yesterday 9-16-24 I thought, wow this will be a lot better I wont have to deal with someone that doesn't know anything. I place the order . got to Drove up gave my name , what do you think happen?? give up?? yep no order. so I showed the guy where i printed it off from the computer, he too the paper she it to two other people came back and ask did you pay for it? I said no I chose to pay at the window . he said I'm sorry we don't have an order for you!!! I said are you kidding!!! nope. and all he could do was to make the order right then , well that would have been ok, but I couldn't wait. so left again with out any food... what is wrong with this place!!! He could have said, we can make this order and delivered it to you. but know ... not sure if its just piss poor...

I would give 0 if I could. SHAY the shift leader, hung up on me 3 times. I have ordered from this location since we built our house in January. Tonight they canceled my order and I called to find out why, apparently Im no longer in their zone, according to Shay, as of last year. So why have I been getting my orders delivered from you? She transferred my order to a different location and the manager there was very helpful and did specify that im zoned in the bixby location. Shay is incompetent and rude and truly should not be able to work with people. She deserves to not work in the food business and just be as lazy as she is a “shift leader” at this location. The kid that answered the phone came to her defense saying I cursed her out, which did not happen, I said she had a horrible attitude. Clearly they dont know what a “curse out” is. Apparently SHAY had to leave a different dominos location because of her rude entitled attitude. I dont eat dominos, my kids do, but we wont ever be ordering from dominos again,...

After reading some of the other reviews on here I felt I needed to leave one.

My wife and I have been using this location for the last 4 years and have never had an issue. this might be because I know when they are busy, I understand that if there is a wreck on the Memorial bridge that I won't be seeing my food for a while, or if I am in that big of a hurry I know I can pick it up. The staff has always been friendly and the delivery drivers very courteous (it may help that I tip the drivers, but I figure they deserve the tip since I am just being too lazy to get it myself).

I know that everyone has a right to their opinions, and I understand that a pizza taking more than an hour to get to your door sucks, but people; try to remember that more often than not these people will do their best to take care of you. (No I have no affiliation with the store or anyone that works there or owns it)

To the people that do work there, keep up the good work, and thanks for not spitting...
